Used to love this game but can no longer play due to the same crash issue that others are experiencing. Disappointed as I very rarely spend money on games but liked this one enough to buy.

I, like a myriad of other people, cannot get this game to open. It crashes on the opening screen. I loved this puzzle on my apple iPhone. Doesn't work on Samsung android. Either fix it, or tell people it doesn't work on android so they don't waste money and time on it.

Would be nice if the game I spent money on wold actually open and let me play it instead of crashing. Fix that and I'll be able to give a better rating. Especially since I had this game on desktop when I had one and loved it.

Don't pay for this game if you have anything that is very up to date, used to work back on a old tablet, but have tried on multiple new devices and crashes 100% of the time on start up, 100% fail....... just get something else to play with your money, it was a good game but look around there are alot of other developers with great games you can actually at least load and try..... but if you have just money to use as toilet paper this is the game for you!

I have played this game for years on desktop, but now that I bought the game on my galaxy s7, it crashes as others have stated. Very disappointing since I am more than willing to spend 1.99 on a game that is brilliant when it works. Please fix this!!

This is the second time in 2 years I have spent money on this game only to have it crash at the load screen. I have the new tabs3 and up to date software. Really mad. Please fix the problem or at least warn people it may not work before they spend money

What a waste of time! Won't even get past the loading screen without crashing. That's on two different devices. Not impressed for such a big games company. Big fish, please contact me as as your contact procedure does not include this title. Paid for but can't use.

I played this game all the way through on my iPod. Loved it. With my Samsung Galaxy, I purchased this game, loaded the full game and installed it, and it will not allow me to play it at all. It crashes. Would like a refund it the makers are not going to fix it. I am very disappointed that I am not allowed to even access the game. Not a happy camper.

Very upset. I used to enjoy playing this years ago. I found it in the app store for Android and bought it/downloaded it recently. It will not even open! It just crashes right away! I just have it on my phone now and it bothers me every time I try again to load the game to no avail. Please fix asap so that more people don't throw their money away for a game that never opens!

I had this game on my nook a few years ago and I just bought it in here. I should have read the reviews. It keeps crashing on the open screen. This needs to be fixed. Get your act together big fish.

Rated ☆☆ on 04/13/15 This is ridiculous. It has been over two years and this problem still hadn't been fixed. People expect better from BigFish Games and you let us down. Give us or money back you thieves. I'm disgusted.

Loved this game, got a bew phone, reinstalled the app which I have paid for. Every time I try to open it now, a message appears saying: "unfortunately Patchworkz has stopped." This game is absolutely addicting though.

The game won't even load. It crashes everytime it tries to load. I have submitted several trouble reports but no response. Please fix this issue or give me a refund.

Excellent game well worth the money would love it if there were more packs or pictures wish there were more games like this. How do you get the hidden puzzles I've got the Felix one but can't work out the rest please help! !!!!!!

I played this game in PC a couple years ago and loved it. I paid to have this game downloaded yet the app doesn't pass the loading screen. Very upset wither it gets fixed or I get a refund

Changed my rating to one star and my review. Galaxy note 5 will not play this game as it crashes time and time again! Can no longer play and I once Played this 4 to 5 times daily!

Just crashes with Android 5 and up. Hasn't been updated since 2012 so it's most likely an orphan app. Too bad.

I love this game but now it won't even open. It's gets to the main screen where it says loading then it closes. Very disappointing as this was one of my favorite games!

The game looked fun, so I bought it and it doesn't work at all. I never got to play it. I'm very disappointed.

This is one of those games that you just can't stop playing! Awsome graphics'! The levels continually get harder allowing a challenge to both your visual aquity and thought. I give this game 5 stars, and hope they continually broaden and add to this game in the future.

I have this game on my asus tablet. BUT it crashes on start up on my samsung galaxy tab A and cell phone. Its a great game when it works. Messages sent to developer with no response back. Please fix it or refund me!

The graphics are good and there are some fabulous pictures to complete though it does rely quite a lot on geometric patterns. A shame you have to complete a selection of puzzles in each category under a stop watch in order to unlock a few extras.

I have played and enjoyed this puzzle game for a couple of years now. As many others have stated, the app continually crashes upon opening. I have sent multiple reports to dev about this issue, but to no avail. What is the hold up? Either fix the problem or refund the money. Thank you

Galaxy S6 user. I purchased this game today and I am rather upset because the game keeps crashing when I get to the menu screen. Haven't been able to play it. Either fix it or refund my money.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice trying to get it to work. I played the free version and loved it so much I bought the full. I can't get past the title screen without saying that the app has stopped. I've sent error reports, but I still can't get it to work. Please fix this.

I love this game and paid to play it on android. But it won't even launch when I try to play. Ended up deleting and can't even get my money back. Very disappointed. Now even 8 months later, with a tablet I get the SAME issue. Fix it or refund me.

Was a good game to play even though it's a battery drainer. Now it crashes every time I try to open it. Unacceptable for a game one pays for - not worth it even if it's just a few bucks. Lg G4.

Nice way to 'wait' - takes all the stress out of it - no longer feels like wasted time! One issue tho- game shuts down randomly and returns to my home screen. & loses what i had done.

I've said for the full version of this game twice now. The first time it worked perfectly, now it won't even open! Very disappointed.

Hey guys. I love this game, but it crashes upon starting it on my Samsung Galaxy 6 edge plus. I paid for this because I thought it would work. Can you please find a fix, when it gets fixed I'll rate it 5 stars.
