I have played this game for some time and had to get a new phone Ms. Wang with support stated that they could reinstate my prior player number and what level I was on, (I play two games) this has been going on for over a week and now she won't even respond to my e-mails ... poor customer service with no support ... I even purchased a new coin pack and was not credited to my account of which Ms. Wang stated that they would also correct. .. still nothing .... they are not people of their word ....

Unfortunately the game now does not award the 5 free spins, per level reached, as it is supposed to after three consecutive bonus spins ... please fix as I would luv to continue playing this great game and give it the 5 stars it deserves!!

1. Too far between levels; 2. Bonuses never come - I've got 5 stars and haven't seen a bonus, have had a couple scatters; 3. Reels cheat - 3rd bonus reel backs up when you're about to win a bonus - did it 5 times; 4. Wins are inconsistent, the same combination wins sometimes and blows over if the same combination is shown again. * Otherwise this would be a good game!

Upgraded: I lost my $1M I accumulated and can't get daily bonus. Very u pleased. Will uninstall. All my diamonds and free spins gone 52 diamonds and 62 free spins!

Apart from the clitches I thought that migrating from another version I've been playing for a while was supposed to give me 30% of my credits & gems & 50% of my levels or so it said but didn't get anything just what the game gives everyone when they 1st download the app I can't even get into the 2nd bonus game after downloading it

I've played this game for months and months and I'm still at level 2. It takes way to many points to open the next game. Also I only get the bonus points every 10 log ons or so. When I log on it says I have 1 hour 54 minutes befor I can get any more bonus points, even though I didn't get any in the first place. Really tired of just two options of game play.

After having questions about mgrating from Empire Slots and not receiving the promised credits I have to say Rita was VERY helpful. Thanks to her I can now really enjoy these games.

Could be great, but there are several small things that are weird. The game checks for updates everytime it opens, but sometimes then gets stuck on a screen that says no new version. Also, the word "downloading" is spelled "donwloading" whenever it shows up. Its a good metaphor for the way the whole thing runs.

Gave a 2 only because I have yet to find out or figure out what the blue diamonds are for. I can get them to do nothing and your help sight states nothing.

I migrated the two games and I'm not sure what to think. I was on level 32 in the older game with over 200 diamonds and now I have about 20 diamonds and level 12. Is the new game taking over the older games? The new game has the same levels but now I have to battle to open them again. I love your games but if one game is taking over the other. .. give me the same levels, money and diamonds.

The game starts off slow and steady but as you progress the payouts seem to become better. I am currently over 17 billion play bucks. Please hurry up and open world war.
