Cette partie s'achève lorsque le joueur traverse le pont-levis du château avoisinant, après avoir éliminé le chef du village le grand zombie.
Les ennemis de base du jeu sont les Ganados (« le bétail » en espagnol), des humains rendus sauvages et sanguinaires par le parasite. Ils s'agit dessont zombies . Ces adversaires ont des apparences et des armes tell que des matieriels agricoles et rudimentaires .
