Clues are clumsily and/or inaccurately phrased. Some answers require knowledge of slang in other countries. It became repetitious, thus a bit boring, even at Level 3. I like the idea of the help mode.

I really love the fact that you can make it any size, any level. It's perfect for literally any time. Got a few minutes to kill? 9x9. Done. Up late and can't sleep? 25x25 why not? As a self-proclaimed crossword puzzle junkie I can honestly say this is my favorite crossword app.

It is interesting to have a mix of a crossword puzzle and scrabble all rolled in to one game. I am not great at crosswords so it gives me another option to come up with the answer.

I really like the way you can adjust the size and difficulty. I set up the game based on available time and my frame of mind. The only draw back is there seems to be many repeated words at times which can reduce the overall challenge.

I like this app because it is large and easy to read even without wearing glasses. The activate help is very good. One negative is that some of the little three-letter words have no clue for them, and some of the longer clues use obscure or archaic words.

This game isn't as easy as it looks. It helps to pass the time, adds new words to my vocabulary, and makes me remember ones I've most likely forgotten. ADDICTIVE

There always is one....the main lobby leaves a lot to desired. So. It took me more then 30 minutes to figure out how to get a crossword come up to play

Love this game can't stop thinking about playing it. No problems so far I have noticed a lot of repeat clues but other than that great fun

Has different levels,so it doesn't have to be too hard. And if you really get stuck, it will help you out. I really like this game!

Sometimes it makes crosswords with nonsense words and no clues. It also shows pretty annoying ads. But hey, crosswords are fun.

Great app with 3 levels of difficulty plus options over puzzle size and choice of letters. Not difficult but good to challenge yourself against the clock!

I have loved this puzzle game! The varying degrees of difficulty, and the option to have "help," have made this a fun game. It's truly been a pleasure to play.

Not perfect but excellent for a free game. I like the ability to alter the grid size depending on the time available and the size of screen. I am in the UK and some of the US references and spelling is off-putting but no real problem. It educates me!!

You choose your level of difficulty and the game doesn't just kind of play itself as I have experienced with some other of these crossword apps. And, if you need help you can get a hint.

A game where you are totally in control. You pick how many rows and columns, what level you want and the mixups are endless. What more could a player want?

Like that you can change the size and level of puzzles. Fits to your challenge. Would like puzzle to automatically tab to next word instead of manually clicking to next word.

Not as easy as most crossword puzzles online. Challenging!

Repetitive. Some clues are incredibly obscure, so much so that they don't exist in any dictionary.

Gives brain a workout. Learn new words. AD are distracting .

You can choose the difficulty and size of crossword. You just keep playing game after game, it's great.

I like the help feature. I think giving the letters for the words at the bottom is a bit to much help. It would be nice if there was a score board that showed how many puzzles completed and the time it took.

It's OK, BUT it's been designed for the USA. I'm in Australia and find a lot of the clues are clumsily worded. When you solve the clue, the answer doesn't make much sense!!!!! Some of the answers are 'slang' and its not indicated in the clue. Levels Easy and Normal are boring and repetitive. I'll try next level???

I like that you can make the puzzle any size and the levels are challenging. Also, the help function is very useful. So far, I haven't encountered any issues. There is one ad between games and that isn't annoying enough to me to mark the review down.

I love this app bc it's fun & keeps me entertained when bored. The ONLY downfall is that it gets repetitive with some of the words. I wish it had more variety or changed it up a little.

I especially like being able to change the size of the puzzle and the difficulty level. If I've had a long stressful day, I dial back the difficulty level and can kinda zone out with the easier puzzles. When I have one of those days where I haven't taxed the grey matter too much, I'll ramp up the game. My new favorite word game.

Great fun, though clues become a little repetitive. Great the way you can adjust the size and ease of the crosswords though to suit your needs at the time.

Its annoying how the jumbled letters can be used more than once.... kinda gets frustrating but its pretty good apart from that. It helps me chill out

I tried another crossword and it was flooded with so many ads and videos back to back that I lost interest. My daughter had this one so I tried it and I love it! I was so relieved to see only one ad between games that I actually clicked one. Choosing difficulty levels and the ability to turn help off and on is great for a beginner like me. Keep up the great work ☺

The letter clues are scrambled and make this just the right amount of challenging for me.

Would be good puzzle without all the ads but worse of all are no clubs sometimes. Still enjoy it

I have trouble with crosswords normally so having the letter at the bottom actually is a great feature for me great app thank you so much I love crosswords but the ones that give you the words for them is to easy but the ones with no help are way to hard thanks!!!!!

I agree with the positive comments listed in the reviews below. It's a good app. But, it is repetitive at times and I'd like a pause option. I've looked for one and am surprised there isn't one.

If you love crosswords you'll love this..different levels,size,tweak as you like..tried others,but this is by far my favourite..and all free..would gladly pay to have this..give more than 5☆if i could..

Very entertaining at the easy level. Quite challenging at hard levels.

Works fine, no technical issues. Small gripe, some clues are repeated but no problem, it helps me remember some that I might otherwise forget. Overall, very pleased with app.

I really like this app since I am not good at crosswords and this app gives you help if you can't figure it out. I also like that the ads pop up in between games rather than while you are playing. No coins needed. Don't have to earn anything. Just play and enjoy.

Enjoyable app, a little repetitive but fun just the same!

This game is good and entertaining. My only problem is that it doesn't have a save option. I play it whenever I have time in-between my daily tasks. When I have to close out of it, if I didn't complete the game, I end up losing it and have to start a new one when I get the time to play again. Other than that concern, I think it's a great way to pass the time that I get to myself.

This is a good crossword app for a beginner or a pro. The options let you customize each puzzle to fit your daily need.

Gives the letters jumbled up, so for. words you can't think of, you can use known letter groupings to solve the clue.
