I tried turning off everything in the game, restarting the phone and it still crashes upon loading a new game. Now I can't play it and I can't get refund as well. What a waste!

Could be a great game. Continues to freeze at the doorway between dungeon 3 and 4. Only option is to uninstall and restart which I've done 3 times now. I give up.
