Space Galaga Int'l Edition

This is a great game for anyone who likes Galaga or shooters in general. I've never seen Space Dandy but I assure you, the tie-in doesn't detract from the experience. This game is more of a hyped-up Galaga with a Las Vegas slot machine feel to it than an anime game. The wide variety of control options are much appreciated, and you get a full game for a one time fee, no microtransaction bullcrap. The music and sound effects are fun, and I'm honestly interested in checking out the TV show after playing this.

I love Galaga with a passion. This game brings that to a new level. Only barely seeing bits of the show, this game makes Galaga so much more interesting and fun but at the same time the anime feel adds a cute kinda dumbness to it that makes it enjoyable. Overall I highly recommend this game to any Galaga fan.

i grew up spending quarter after quater after quarter in this arcade machine so for $2 this is freaking awsome.. the sounds.. the visuals.. the customizations... thr additive gameplay .. just buy the damn game n play it til ur thumbs hurt!!

I love this game but its ranking system is holding it back. This is a game with the classic galaga gameplay. If you are looking for a grind fest this is a game for you. But if you are looking for a deep ranking system you may be disapointed. If you are also looking forwards towards classic galaga you may also be disappointed. This game has a level system instead of the classic galaga gameplay. This isnt a big deal since there are about 100 levels in the game. Its a good game with some flaws. 4/5

The game is always pull me to play the game again and again... Great. Yet after the level35, the crab boss, is hard to get. Even if ive done leveling my plane n gun. N now im stuck in this level...

First off, I really like this game, Has the classic gameplay of past games and I like the fact that you can a several hits before you die and can collect and customize ships, However one thing that kinda sucks is that the game requires Wi-Fi to play and controls a bit awkward. But it still a fun game regardless.

Have bought new slots for more pilots on my upgraded ships but there are no new pilots! Great game but i feel theres a glitch or something having no access to new pilots :( Please help!

The tutorial section is a bit dragging, and the gameplay is a little loose, but there's tons of content here.

I have beaten one of the raid bosses 168 times never got a new pilot ... How do you get them? Says by fighting raid bosses in in-game help ...

My name is john i have a polaroid tablet . well the thing is that i wasted 2 dolars for this game but wen i pass the tutorial after i swipe some kind of credit card to get a upgrade the game closes up and would do it up again and again please fix the game i would apriciate it

Space Dandy Galaga, a Hidden gem with no in-app, a good game with effort put into it by a good company. If you like Galaga get it, if you like Space Dandy get it, if you like Galaga and Space Dandy like me then your head probably exploded like mine when you saw this and then when you saw it had no in apps you probably felt like you found the Holy grail, well that's because you did. Get it.

Level 35 area 7 crab boss hit points? Where are the other pilots? Raid Bosses are meh and not worth the hassle the reward level is not worth the time. Has this game been abandoned?

The download bar will finish and a pop up will appear saying it cannot be downloaded. Unable to play a game I paid for. Tried this process a while ago and now there isn't even an option for refund, would rate 0.

Game is fun and has plenty to unlock. I'm glad they went one time payment for this instead of a silly cash shop.

Game gets a little repetitive and it seems like your ship is over powered, but if you liked galaga it's a good time waster.

Great game. Though something's wrong with droprate of cards and boss raid. Been playing for 5 hours, cleared over 30 areas, but had no single card dropped from resque pods not any boss raid. Not happy... UPDATE: played almost 20 hours total, still almost no gasha card (had two in one battle from 200+ battles taken). Boss Raid sucks, apeears once in a while now, but loot from it is ridiculously small (200-500 gems on lv 1-9 bosses). One thing more, game becomes very, very badly balanced after area 30...

But in a really really good way.

This is the best collab anyone could ever think of. Galaga and Space Dandy, WHO KNEW RIGHT? My love for Galaga has risen to the stars compared to how "through the roof" I was with it before. Great Job! (

Horrible forced tutorial, simplistic and laggy controls. Porno style music of the worst kind. Avoid.

So the reference made in the show is now real and it's brilliant! The controls are great when you use the fire and move setting instead of fire move. Combos are a nice addition and I love the music. Also BooBies is an ingame currency item shop.

Just get a black screen on starting the app, please fix

Although it is very well done, the stages just seem a bit unchallenging. And there is no bonus stage like the original Galagas. And you cant play this game unless you have an internet connection!

Fun game, runs great. Old galaga style play with upgradeable weapons, ships and pilots. Only complaint is the main menu/weapon selection is congested and not quite as neat and organized as it could be.

I played Raid Boss Mode dozens of times, will there be an Update to fix this? Pilots aren't part of the Reward list. Otherwise a fun Game.

Well balanced for a mobile game. Short segments and fun rewards. A good game.

Used to play galaga all the time in the arcades when I was young. SpaceGalaga adds some modern gameplay like damage type and modifying your ship. But at the end of the day, its Galaga.

Love the game play mechanics. It's smooth and the upgrading system is pretty cool! Way to bring back a retro game with one of my favorite animes! It's all about the ketsu, baby!

Fun, frantic, rewarding grind. But the movement control being locked into a little bar at the bottom of the screen is brutal. I'm constantly finding myself not moving because my thumb wandered outside of the move area just a tiny bit. I would prefer Gameboy style layout of left, right and fire buttons.

Running 5.0 android on Samsung S3. Looks great. Would love to play it. But won't install the downloadable updates. Says can't find signal. I have WiFi & LTE. Please fix. Will redo review.

Looks great wouldn't progress through certain areas, and now it crashes every time and now it won't even download

I like the idea of being able to gain upgrades and new items and ships to progress through the game. I'm hooked=)

Have to say the best version of Galaga for phones. Music is great. Bosses are poorly animated but otherwise a great game.
