Power Rangers Dino Charge Scan

Very disappointed. My son was very excited to scan toys onto app but every time we try to open the scanner the app shuts down. Why advertise this app all over the toy packaging and when you go to use it, it doesn't work. Very disappointing!

Why advertise when it doeant even work. Wait on "initializing morph" and screen just turns black. My son was very disapointed, as was I. Stop advertising app or fix the problems.. Thanks

I think you should have to add all ranger helmets and zords and i think you will make a fight place like power ranger key scanner using dino chargers like power rangers also i give one more suggestion when we morph into rangers you show the morphing process of power rangers please add new update soon and this game is great

The app is very good at the moment and I would highly recommend it to any Dino Charge fan as it functions as a collectors app too! There is an issue at the moment though (which I think is a bug), where if I scan some of the new chargers (this glitch/bug doesn't apply to all of the new chargers) into my collection and close the app, when I re-open the app later, those chargers are no longer shown to have been scanned in the first place! Can Bandai please fix this problem as it's a fairly big problem!

I turned the app on and then it took me to the Create Your Profile page, but when I selected my ranger for my avatar, the camera doesn't load up. Was looking forward to using this app. Fix the damn thing

After latest update (Jan 2017), this crap ap still crashes when trying to open qr toy scanner. Which is just the camera. Was able to morph into ranger fine. Checked permissions, granted storage and camera. Pretty dumb you can't even scan the toys...

Can you help please because when ever I go to scan it says unfortunately power rangers dino charge has stopped. And I'm really upset because of that. If you help and it works I will give it 5 stars

When pressing the scan toys for the qr code the app crashes every time. It was doing this on the old version and now the new version too.

Still crashes when trying to scan toys. Also, it doesnt have the Deinosuchus Zord in the toys.

This mess won't even open up. I mean REALLY??? My son absolutely LOVES the toys, but what good does it do to have the scanner and all if the darn app won't even open up??? Hate it!!

I'm a little disappointed because my scanner doesn't work and I can't progress with the game to completing the goals, so is the anything that you can do to fix the problem cause I'm on level 15 now and I can't go any further so please can you fix it thanks

Awful wasted money on Dino chargers. scanner app completely useless. it crashes the app. Manufacturer and app developer don't care, you've already spent money by the time you figure out its a scam

No chargers will scan using the qr codes. Pointless app if this doesn't work.

I liked the game it's self but the whole scanning problem needs fixed now. It's stops working as soon as you try to scan.

Veery poor app. My SON was so exited about this toy. He was waiting for it for so long, and now looks like he can't even play with it properly as the app crash all the time. What the waste of money.

This app is amazing and i'm happy that the exclusive chargers can be scanned too but the ankylo charger is just blank there is no dinosaur name and the NYCC chargers should be silver on the outside

Rubbish, doesn't get past the Bandai splash screen. Very very disappointed child, thanks for that.

The app doesn't continue after you select the power Ranger of choice.

Every time you try to scan a toy it crashes immediately. Doesn't work.

I think it fun. It does not have any problems when scanning my charger. Also, I love the dinogram and the morphing.
