تحاول الشخصية الكرتونية ل بن كيران الحصول على اكبر عدد من براميل الوقود المختلفة في تلميح ساخر للواقع الذي يعيشه المواطن بعد رفع الدعم عن المحروقات.اثناء المحاولة يصطدم بمجموعة من العقبات اهمها السيد حميد شباط الدي يحاول اسقاط benkiran من فوق البرميل.
