An easy to use, kid friendly paintbrush / sketch / coloring book app with toddler lock. Parents can feel comfortable that their toddler will not make calls, open other apps, or delete things. Includes save and open features so drawings can be saved and edited.
The multi-touch is enabled on this app which makes it more fun for kids and lets them keep drawing even if they accidentally are touching the screen with the hand holding the device. (Note: the multi-touch is flaky on some devices, this has to do with bugs in the API)

All of the kids love this program. It is great fun to watch them discover what they can create. Wish the lock worked on the volume control too.

Was good initially. Paid for the ap to disable ads but still get them. Then the effects turn themselves on and off at random. Freeves and shutdown all the time. And my son figured out the pin number to exit and there's no way to change it. Waste of my money time and effort. Am now looking for something else.

I just upgraded and now I can't close touching the 4 corners and have to take out my battery a few times for my phone to start working again. Please fix! Yay fixed! Exit button now all the way to the right on menu

Sometimes, all my toddler wants to do is mess with my tablet or computer. This lets him do that in a non-destructive way! Plus he really likes seeing the colors trail behind his little finger and the sounds are like catnip to him. The best part (at least from my point of view) is that he can't get out to Google Now or my homescreen without tapping out a very specific pattern (each corner clockwise starting with upper left). There is absolutely no chance that he is going to visit the Play Store for me and subscribe to a dozen magazines or remove all of my widgets from the homescreen. If you're hesitating to buy, wait no longer! This app is a steal at $0.99!
