The Things That Go Bump... for Android
Night security! How did you end up with this nine dollar an hour job. Oh well at least you don't have to work that hard. In fact, this job is actually quite boring. Watching security cameras and sometimes pressing a button to open a gate or two. You settle into your chair in the security office and settle down with a book. After several hours you look up from your book and think it's been really quiet tonight. In fact you don't think you have heard any chatter on the radio for quite some time. And, come to think of it, there has been no activity on the cameras either. Hmmm, that's odd. Usually there are forklifts running around and people passing by. You decide to put the book away and scan the cameras more closely to see if there is anything going on...
* Easy to play - no need to type, use hyperlinks to play the game
* Use the menu to quickly view your inventory and objects in the room
* Automatically saves your progress as you play
* Choice of fonts and sizes
This is the best RPG type game I have found so far of this kind if I had one complaint it would be to change the directions or places to go to something other than north west east south etc
The writing and gameplay look good but I couldn't get more than ten minutes into this because of all the bugs. Why weren't more Android interface elements used (especially the menus)? Why no landscape mode? The inventory screen is broken. Too many bugs.
I played alot of these games before I got my MID and seeing them on my tablet just makes them better. However only 4 *s as there are interface errors. When you go to your inventory and attempt to interact with inventory items the menus disappear, this then makes the game unplayable as vines and other nasty creatures beat you to death as you attempt to fix a basic menu coding problem.
A good story that requires creative thinking, careful planning, and thorough exploration. Menu does NOT freeze or disappear! It just jumps down (really far). Scroll up and the menu is still functional. Or type, like a big boy :). Only real problem is sometimes gamestate does not go back fully/far enough after death/retry. As an amateur game designer, I LOVED the end credits! Look for TriangleGames soon on the Quest forums, Tim, and keep up the good work! I'm sure all the bugs will be "squashed" eventually.
I love this but can't get past valve, block month and argon than. Everything i choose wont let me interact and i keep getting ate up by month. HELP!!!
Very enjoyable (even though I'm currently being mauled by the bear creature). I like that when you die you can replay from your fatal error and not from the beginning--thank you game creator!
The bomb is already in the blob, I climbed onto the heavy chain, but when I shoot bomb, the game says "I can't see that"
The game is cool but a little bit of bugs, I am stuck trying to get the forklift started can seem to get past ten min in the game ??
The bear is random each time. I swear I did things the same as last time, so why? 4 stars because I have to start over from the beginning everytime I mess up the bear scene. Sometimes I pass him, sometimes I don't. It has to do with the lever? When I think I finally got it again, I fail and the bear kills me, and I have to start from the beginning. Seriously? I love the game, but each time I mess something up, start all over... I would expect it to take me to where I died, but nope.
Pls make more of these games! I really like these type's of games :D pls. Yoh always make my day with your text games
Good user interface and story that draws you in quite literally.
Please remove the Device ID permission, it's unnecessary in a game app.
A little confusing at first, when navigating but yeah. So Amaze.
It was pretty good I liked it but it keep frezzing on me
It's not often you see text adventure games in today's society especially one so well made. A fun short game that is hopefully a sign of more games to come
But full of bugs.
Get back to this later
Awesome
Hurrah, so good to see a text adventure on here, works really well for mobile.
Love this! Works really well.
I don't think this game really gave me any enjoyment from playing it I wouldn't recommend it no wonder it had under a thousand downloads
I'll look forward to playing this on my tablet. Sorry about your ad revenue, but maybe you should have thought about that before deciding to compromise the security and privacy of my phone.
I just can't get past the bear. It's so hard and yet fun.
ByGreat game...ruined by bugs
Waste of time cause of the bugs but story kinda interesting.
