Alice of Hearts - Strategy RPG

I love the game and the idea is very original. But every time they do an update it wipes out everything you've done (including any items you've bought or acquired) and makes you start again from scratch. It is frustrating to lose all your work and hours of progress every few months when there is an update.

Costumer service is in the process if fixing my problem!!!!I was completely in love with this game!!! Update. I really liked this game until it crashed and started over... I contacted them to resolve the issue and see if I could get my measly $2.99 back I sent them the screen shots and I haven't heard anything back ....

I've done so many of the "free hearts" offers. Now my email is packed with spam. I emailed the makers of the game multiple times and they emailed me back saying they awarded me the hearts... which I've never received. It breaks my heart because I love the game so much. But I won't be playing anymore.

Update 1-29-16: Turned on game and 100% progress vanished. Thank goodness I didn't spend money this new round of playing. My stars are becoming less and less. I used to love this game. :-/ sigh Update 12-1-15: I started playing this game again on my new tablet, I still love it. Still fun. Ihaven't tried the multiplayer mode yet, but I will. The game will not give the correct dealings for a Royal flush...it counts it as a regular flush. It's sad, since that is the highest points and you never ever get them. I wont spend money on it, because of the memory of the disaster of losing everything from a glitch, and never getting my hearts or money back that I purchased. Old review: " I love love love this ...One of my favorites. The only problem, each time you go up a level (beginner/expert/etc), it starts the tutorial over and forces you create a new ego plus you lose your hearts (which was hundreds for me). Now the game won't play at all and is stuck, because I don't have an ego slot available, even though I have an ego. I would have to pay money after playing so long and well. Sad."

I love this game SO much. It's one of the first strategy games I've ever rage quitted over and I love the different egos. I love to play this game and so far I don't see anything wrong with it. I just need to figure out how to get passed Dee and Dum XD!

I am a wonderland fanatic. I love and enjoy playing poker. I love even more playing rpg's. Good combination. Not sure many will be enthused, but I am, and my opinion is just my own feelings.

I have wanted to try this game so badly but it will not work on my tablet. =(

I had played this game for two years. After they updated it i lost everything in the game. I thought it's ok some games do that, so i restarted, created my new ego, but then in the game, it crashed. I restart the game and i lost everything again! I restarted three times this afternoon, none of them save my progress. so i simply uninstalled it, i was a good game but now it is just a crap app.

Love it! used to have this game on my old phone and loved it so much i got it again! Such a great game! Graphics are good and the game itself is super addictive.

Great for strategic thinkers, good on low range phones ( I use a huawei and have not crashed once playing this) the ads are unobtrusive. The only downside is I can never seem to find opponents for multiplayer, I'm hoping that's just because it's still a small community.

Doesn't work. I put my name in and no5hing just a black screen.

This is a fun addictive game with a good story line. I would have given it 5 stars but never received my free hearts from watching all the videos. I even emailed the company and told them about this glitch. They told me my account had been credited and still have yet to actually receive them.

so much fun. poker style gameplay with an alice in wonderland twist. had this on my old phone. had to download it for this one. nice job on the game.

It's just stuck, it freezes when you enter your name...

What happened to all my progress?! I started working on it again but I can't get past the logging in part.... The app crashes...

Good, but does not always save the game so keep having to start from beginning, maybe fix this then ill give it 5.

Used to love this game but it gets stuck at the enter name screen and won't proceed any where..and does it in the other game like this one too...

Just 4 star cuz i'm having a glitch on my Oppo F1. After I closed my game, I had to start over from the beginning and it sux. I cant even play this on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, but I do enjoy this game on my previous Sony phone. It's really good. Though it has glitch, I still recommend people to play this. Totally worth it.

After I unlocked expert mode it suddenly went all crazy and the screen was a mess and I couldn't play anymore. I'll have to Uninstall it and put it back on but I will lose all my progress and have to start from scratch...

Won't let me play it says to enter gamer name and when I push confirm it freezes, I tried restarting it, reinstalling but it's still not working

Everyday Im restarting the game over... I spent money on the game and that's gone with the first restart.. Fix this issue please!

It took me awhile to get past tweedle dee and tweedle dum, and unfortunately to get past them I had to switch characters to get past them.. don't use the queen is my suggestion

Please fix this! I used to play this game and spent lots of money on it. I recently redownloaded and like everyone else, continually have to start from the beginning. I tried to link to my FB account and it keeps saying unknown error. BEGGING YOU TO FIX!!!!

I love the game. But it has things that need fixing. For instance, after playing for a day and signing out, you have to start all over when you sign back in the next day. All hearts and coins acquired the prwvious day are gone. Will give a better rating when this gets fixed.

The last update made all my progress gone!!! I spend a lot of time to reach lv.35 for all EGO I have!!!!

Unique game, fun and pretty.

Then I accidentally deleted it and reinstalled the newest version and it doesn't save my progress! Please fix!

Fun, but it does not save what you've done.. Like the concept... It needs a save point.. Good card game.
