Dont you use money to get the items? I put in $32 and wouldn't let me get items...in any case their fb page is gone... i think they have pretty much given up this game which sucks cause its so much fun... i got an hour left to claim these newbie rewards and its getting depressing.

This game has a lot of potential to be great, but it has a lot of major bugs that can pretty much halt progress and several things seem to be missing. Daily dungeons seem to not work half the time, which greatly impedes progress as I now have 5+ units and equips that I haven't been able to evolve for a week now because I can't obtain their ingredients. Ship Trading and Skill Leveling both work perfectly fine, but can only be accessed by the daily task menu and thus only once a day.

but can u fix event quest i cant do it cuz i need to upgrade my charaters plz

Just too many bugs. You can't clame daily gift you press clame but nothing happens...

Good game if wasn't for all the bugs making the game frusterating, for example, the skirmish mission for ingredients for leah, 2nd missions boss has over 100k hp and 1 shots all ur guys...yet all the mobs are lvl 10 to 15ish then there's the daily events like trials..get to the prepare menu and won't let me get any further, there's also the bad translation of skills, leah.s heal all skill is actually a single target heal at 4 star not all* as well as some characters don't have translations at all in the game, then we have then trade ship were u send ur ship out for resources... would be nice if u can actual find a button in the menu then let's u do that instead of clicking the daily cause u can get back to it with out that menu option. Haven't been able to get to the skill upgrade menu yet, would be great if showed requirements so u can see if it's bugged or not

Will not allow me to play any of the activities also the game won't allow me to fully download even though I have perfect WiFi and LTE

Great game but i can't go into activities i cant fully download with 4g wifi i can't upgrade my skills you guys need to fix a lot please hurry i like this game

I really like the art work and style put into the game. But unfortunately it wont get me passed the login/loading screen. I get to where i pick the server than it says touch screen. I do, it loads and repeats.

I did roughly $40 worth of top up and can't claim the newbie top up. Please fix since there's only 15 hours left. Also I can't do the full download of game even with stable connection

BUT it is very glitchy. Will not let me gather any evo material for leah. Wont let me claim rewards. Wont let me claim top up rewards. Its beautifully done artwork, a great story line; but horrible execution.

However dev's need to confirm if the game is still ongoing. I know there's an event going on but i still need to confirm before putting more time into this game

I payed $31.99 and the purchase was completed yet I didn't get anything for it. It's been 3 days and still no reply, doesn't seem like they have any intention to. You've been warned, don't spend any money on this game.

I top off for newbie deposit but I don't even see it. N why does everything have different reset times? Fix the game or give me my money back. Don't waste my time if your not serious bout fixing this

Fun turn-based rpg game, but like other reviews have said, some bugs need to be fixed. -Edit: I've managed to contact them through facebook and they fixed some issues for me. Also the bugs will apparently be fixed next patch.

So i have bought diamonds with time left on my newbie rewards never unlocked to click on even though it was in the timeframe, i am very upset, i deserve this stuff, have my email confirmations how do i contact to complain

Lvl cap is only 55, Sea prison not yet available, bug on skill and expedition- no access only on main quest, friendship skill not yet available on some partners, leah skirmish damn hard d to complete..please do update , if u update there is probability to increase you're players and sale as well as increases the downloads.

It is a really fun game that i would like to continues to play, but.The game is really buggy such as activities not being playable, cannot fully download, not fully translated, as well as not being able to claim rewards..

So many bugs. I can prepare to enter but when I hit 'Go' it doesn't proceed to the gameplay. I didn't have this problem before, only after I closed the app and opened it again. This game really needs to be improved.

Love the game...looks and sounds great..like everything about the game but one thing....for some reason it won't let me do any of the events kinda drives me nuts not sure what the deal is. Be nice if looked into or if it's just me. And the login gift needs looked into as well.

This game needs more recognition lol. What is so bad about it! Only qualms is you should add a small guide about type matchups and the various classes. Unless I can somehow find a Chinese guide somewhere.

Seriously? How did this game even top the free game list. Its buggy, badly translated(i cant even understand half the game.) If u cant even translate a game properly, dont even publish it. Isnt this the basics? How hard is it to get a decent translator? You literally copied the game, and hired a china farmer to translate the game! 90% dotarena and heroescharge rip off, but just worse.I wish i could give 0 stars, but here's 1star for your effort.

After 2 days of playing I can't receive login rewards or do any activity quest. Also even with full Wi-Fi it says I can't download full content due to connection issues. Please look into it and once it's resolved I'll re rate

Worst Game Service Ever, 3 days and have no reply. Game error causes so many issue yet the service is literally a piece of shit. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME.

I topped up twice but the newbie deposit top up event won't up date. No contact information in game either. Makes it hard to put in a ticket. Edit* event is now over and still no word from admins so I assume I am out of luck.

Missing info, missing links, irrational game development etc. It makes me think that this game is not completed and the developer has given up completing it. It is also extremely silly that u need to re-equip the fighters at the arena, and the arena is totally Bull Shit. Regardless of the above, this game is still more playable than many 4-5 stars games.

'AI' need way more work ...it doesnt stand for artificial intelligent in this game ..it stand for 'An Idiot' ..work on the AI ...it spoil the whole game
