Franchise Baseball

This is a great game and is excellent to play to pass the time and for people who understand about stats in baseball. It is a smooth operation and the user interface is good. There are a few things that would make the game better. Firstly, being able to change your teams logo and colours without having to restart your franchise. Secondly, the inability to keep more than 5 players on your bench and no backup pitching.

I can run Netflix, Youtube, the vast majority of games all on my cellphone with even 2 bars with zero issues. Many i can eve access fine on 1x. The moment this game senses a drop from 4 to 3 bars 4G, connection issues pop up even if you're just looking to go to the freaking FAQ.

MAKE THE FREE AGENTS BETTER. have been gone from playing this game for a while. Now I come back, and see the latest update, and it's not that bad. I like the colorful things added to it, it makes the game less gloomy and more entertaining. The free agents still need some work, but I'll change my rating from three stars to four for the descent update. Make the free agents better, and I'll make it five stars!!

I enjoyed building my team at first, but I too saw my team lose consistently to teams I had a 90%+ chance of beating. I also hit a wall increasing the level of my players and team as I progressed against those who spent money to gain an advantage. I could no longer keep up or compete. The final straw was when my daily draft stopped working. I sent messages about the error, but did not get it resolved. I guess I will find another comparable game.

The problem with these games are they are rigged. After losing 3 straight league games favored at 94, 91, and 77 percent, I realized it is not based on building best team.

The game is fun and I've been playing since Oct. 2015. There are several glitches and they have never offered patches. They also have not updated the rosters from their original 2014 ones. Their answer to these gripes has simply been to start an entirely new and different game that is not even good. Their improving this game would easily turn it into a 5 star game while not even taking much more effort.

Experiencing so many bugs before I'm even through the "tutorial" games. Needs a lot of work to be more enjoyable like it's competition. "You have already played this team" gets stuck at the bottom of my screen when I play a league game. Very sloppy game.

keep getting the" you already played this team" message across my screen even when app is closed to the point that I can't access the bottom half of my touch screen, even when this crappy app is closed......meh!

Gr8 game. Very challenging. Love that it includes players from all eras. Definitely has issues though. Glitches n stops frequently, but restarts quickly. I have major problems trying to play when I'm not on wifi though. About 1 out of 5 attempts actually connect to the games server. Very disappointing.

Best sim baseball game around it's not even close. There are a couple issues like not changing team colors and the error that comes up and stays too long in and out of the game that says "You've already played this team." It's really annoying.

But waiting 18 hrs for a new league tends be way too long and it should be no longer than12. Other wise pretty cool app on building your own franchise team.

New update on May 4th 2016, the problem I was having with the pop-up at the bottom is now fixed, thank you guys! I also enjoy the Hockey and Football versions of this app and hope to see the Basketball and Soccer versions on here!

The concept is fun and when it works it's a great game. Unfortunately it crashes often and has a couple bugs, "You have already played this team" is a major annoyance. None of the player cards seem to have been updated in at least 2 years either.

Several different game modes, a bit of collecting combined with history. Micro transactions, but nothing in your face. Had some issues where it crashes and a few pages don't load, and have to restart. Harmless annoyance.

Badges don't show up when you choose them on the daily draft screen. Very frustrating....this needs to be fixed. I love playing this game but makes it hard to want to keep playing if you can not attach the new badges to your players. Again this needs to be addressed for me to rate it higher.

Penalized me 2600 loses after winning all the games because of glitch in game. Shouldn't be penalized if I was just playing the game.

It has issues. Get far enough in the game and it will tell you you have an 87 percent chance to beat a team, then simply not allow you to win. That's frustrating, especially when you only are allowed a few chances to play per day (and fewer in so-called "pennant" games). It is addictive until you get to that point, so that merits 3 stars. Except that it crashes all the time, losing a star for me. EDIT: Apparently the game doesn't pay attention to its own ratings. 1 star.

At first I thought it was lame but then 10 minutes passed and im as addicted as ever. If u like this, download cbs frachise manager for football too. They are both great

Can't pick draft pick or free agent. No option on player card to draft. Game is useless on newer marshmallow android. Back to 5 stars when that's fixed.

It would be nice if the pages updated after games. I've had times where I left daily games, then went back and went to play an opponent again only for an error to pop up saying I played them already despite not being greyed out. Also, my daily games W/L gets screwed up as well.

You don't give enough details how to begin. It looks like the draft is full of players worse than my roster... conclusion, you've got work to do

I am a legend seven or six. My free agent choices no longer better my team. There should be more options so i can get better backups. I have over $700,000,000 and nothing to do with the money

Was a really good game but they have not updated it lately. Crashes all the time. Freezes on phone have to force stop

I don't much care for losing to people rated significantly lower than I am. If I'm rated way higher than a person their should be absolutely no reason they should beat me. Especially when playing in a league. Other than that its a fun game to pass time and learn about legends and other not so known baseball players from the past.

After all this time, you still can't get it right. I can't access my badges I've earned.

They updated this game a while ago and I haven't played it since. They changed everything about it and I didn't understand that because it was better before!

It started having issues last night on the pc & the phone. I can't even get into the app/game right now. The app is telling me to pick my team & franchise name???? The computer goes to a yellow error screen. I already have a team that I have progressed fairly well. I have enjoyed it but it is continually going down hill with updates. More errors, down time, etc. Get some help from others to fix your issues!

Not only is it a fun way to enjoy baseball, there are a number of different strategies one can use to play.

Game is pretty good draft system is ok and being able to get free agent isn't bad it's ridiculous how many losses I get from high 90s percent win chance drop star for that but one thing I wish you could put in the game is being able to compare players like for instance when I'm arranging my lineup be able to compare strengths between players at the same time instead of having to click on one look at his stats then close it out and click on another guy and try and guess which one has better stats

Players that can afford to spend money have a huge advantage. I hate micro transactions. I would rather pay a fee upfront and have a level playing field.

New update on April 4th 2016, the game freezes up my new Galaxy S7 at the bottom. I hope you guys see this!

If you are getting beat and you have higher stats: look under strength instead of profile and put the K pitchers as your closers and HR strong pitchers as the starters.

I play this every morning instead of snooze alarm. It's a fun addiction for me that takes lots of strategy. The Facebook app is a lot better for game play. I use both the apps together.

I really enjoy playing the game but I get really frustrated when I lose to a team that I am supposed to beat. I have a 85% chance of winning but end up losing. I understand that's going to happen every once in a while but it happens way too often.

This game has everything a manager could want! Starting from scratch with a baseball team and being able to build the ultimate team with actual HOF players. Downloaded Franchise Hockey as well and play in daily. Looking forward to Football and Basketball versions! Please work on those and I will download them immediately

I love this game, except the fact that my Trainer Level will not go any higher. There is no information in the help section, and I have players that I want to keep but I cannot train them any higher.

Extremely slow paced game without resorting to paying cash. Almost plays like an idle game with 18 hours between the beginning and ending of a league. At some point (around level 50 or so) the game will become repetitive with people paying money passing you by while you struggle to increase your teams rating by the smallest amounts after each league. Still a good game though.

I have one of the best team in my league and i cant beat the others and free agents suck plus the training time is way too long, it should be like 5 hours not 17. Also for the pennants most of them i have the 50-65% which i don't win and i understand that but i had a 94% against the same team two times in a row and still did no win

It seems that the team ratings mean nothing to whether you win or lose. I play an opponent twice, both times I have a 94% chance to win. I get demolished both times. Same scenario again, but now my opponent has the +90% win chance, and I still lose both games. This does not happen in real baseball regularly. I can only seem to win if I have a 60-80% chance to win.

Enjoy every moment of the game so far. Often reminds me of players from when I was a kid.
