Orbiter of the Apocalypse

Mysterious rays from deep space are directed toward our planet earth, the only chance to survive and avoid the apocalypse is escaping toward the orbit, and pilot the spaceship skillfully dodging the deadly rays, and watch sadly as our home becomes uninhabitable. It's a tough destiny, but the only possible one.
