While the game itself was fun and most of the puzzles were great (a few seemed a bit too easy, but I admit I play a lot of these kinds of games and may just be used to certain styles of puzzles), the big detractor was the voice acting. Many of the voices sounded like someone reading a script with very wooden and monotone deliveries. I found it very distracting from the fun of the game. Otherwise, quite fun and worth the money.

The game was enjoyable and helped me waste about two and a half hours. None of the HO scenes are replayed, so you get new items every time. There's an extra object to find in each scene and some achievements. The only downsides were it being somewhat short and the voiceovers were lacking, as mentioned by another. It was fun.

Do not waste your money. The game kept freezing and I got tired of installing and uninstalling so I requested a refund now the developers are giving me the run around and every excuse imaginable

And then I buy the game like a sucker, it's hardly 1,5 hours long! This is a slap in the face! What's up, Artifex Mundi? I thought you made good games.

While imagery was great it lacked and skipped quite a number of details in the storytelling. For one, how did the main characters get back and how did Magnus where they were?! No sense of urgency and the deadpan way the main character was voiced over was quite painful to hear.

Really nice game. Quite lot to play and to solve. Good graphics and ok story. Not too hard tasks and map tells where to go. Bought it from sale and it was worth it. Intro is long enough you to make up your mind buy it or not. I did and no regrets. Good game.

Way too short and the "acting" was terrible! I definitely wouldn't pay full price for it... Not even sure if it's worth it at a discount.

Just wished it was longer and there was an indication of whether or not you already found the secret "eye" in each scene they were well hidden but i couldnt remember if id already cleared the room, and since the eye was difficult to find in some locations i wasnt sure how much searching i should do. But still highly recommended!!

But the girl's voice speaking for the detective needs to be replaced with a more animated voice-over. It's so lull that it takes away from the game. Glad game's price was discounted because it's length and NO BONUS play is definitely not worth full price !!!

I'm only giving 4 because I still haven't gotten full version. But so far I love the game. It has challenging mini games the story line keeps moving and to just all around fun to play.

The story was good but, I wish it could have been a bonus level or the game itself was longer. Really was way too short for the price being charged for the game. I played the game on a samsung galaxy pro 12.2 tablet.

Good story. Not original but good. Good map, liked having icon for hidden symbols, usable map, good puzzles. Short for cost is only complaint. Would have given 5 stars but even on sale for $3 that's a lot for 2 hour game.

Really??? The girls voice sounds SOOO bad and than paying $5 to listen to her talk through the entire game really ticks me off. The dialog is very childish and the plot just as bad. On top of that it is too short for price. Highly recommend do not buy.

Game is fine overall. All the elements we appreciate in a puzzle/adventure game. If you find the dialogue badly acted you can turn it off in options. Lost 2 stars for advertising it as 30% off but still charged me full price. Big Fish does the same so you are in good company.

You can tell the protagonists voice was done by a lazy millennial. I assume her dad works for the company and got her the job cause she doesn't even try. Game seems alright so far but the girl's voice makes me want to punch myself in the ears.

The puzzles were good, but the game on the whole was kind of uninteresting. I also feel like it was way too short for what I paid. Oh, and if you have any interest in your characters' voice actors, don't get this. The main character's voice is awful.

No bonus game. Horrible story. Horrible voice overs. Expected much more from these guys. This one isn't worth a penny. Keep your money folks. ..nothing to see here.

We should all boycott artifex. Getting sick of this. You should state if the game has a bonus game before we spend 5 bucks for it. Unbelievable. Either add bonus games or make the games longer so us customers don't feel so robbed.

the really annoying, dull and boring voice of the main character. OMG, I wanted to slap her around the face! Apart from that though, I did enjoy playing this game. The HOS and puzzles were fine, maybe a little too easy, and a bit disappointed that there was no bonus level. Al in all, I would recommend this game, but only when on sale. It's just too expensive for what it is otherwise.

I liked the interactive map, especially the reminder to look for the special object. The puzzles were interesting and a good variety. The only thing I didn't like was the actress voicing the lead. She isn't very good

It was short and poorly acted. The technical aspects were good. I laughed out loud at some of the lines that were serious, like the receptionist being overjoyed at getting to cut boxes. I expect better from this company when I'm paying.

It was a little slow but the games were better than simply point and click. I chuckled a few times because the acting in it is SO bad! I'm assuming the developers just used family members for the voices!

I normally love Artifex Mundi games, this one just doesn't pass muster. The voice actress is distractingly bad, and she voices all of the female characters. The plot is a little weak but overall ok, it just wasn't very developed. There were about only half as many locations is there needed to be. The mini games were too simple, to the point of being boring. There weren't nearly enough hidden object scenes, but the art was lovely. Even on sale, I wish I had passed on this game.

So far I am enjoying it. Haven't had a hidden object game which is a plus for me, I hate hidden object games. ......finished. .....there are a few hog. Short game for the cost. Dull ending.

And no bonus chapter to make up for the shortness of the game, main characters voice was quite annoying too.

Game was short, but good. Hope next game is longer. Please bring us some new games. I have played all you have put out there or bring back some very old ones.

What the hell?where is the bonus game ! I'm disappointed in the fact that the last couple of games don't have them. For us diehards its sad , man please! The game is fantastic though keep up the good work

This game is not of the quality you'd come to expect from Artifex Mundi. I understand they didn't make it, only distributed it? I wish they would spend their energies on more games like the Grim Legend and Enigmatis series. Or at least convert some of the newer PC and other platform games they have out right now to mobile. This game is between meh and terrible. Who in quality control missed these voice overs? Bland scenery and lame puzzles. Alienated with AM right now. Charge less for the subpar games.

The game was certainly enjoyable but a little slow. I did like the graphics and the storyline. If you could speedup the storyline and make the game longer (more twists and plots) I would play it again and give it 5 stars. Definitely an A for effort.

The game is simple and fun. But the story and bad acting are really distracting. The main character's voice is grating and really quite bad.

The lead voice actress sounds like Zoe Deschanel took a bottle of Quaaludes. She's so bad it actually takes you out of the game. The game play is decent but it's hard to enjoy.

Didn't work at first but problem is now fixed, thank you for making the effort to do so. Unfortunately it's a bit short for the price and no bonus chapter.

Good work! The female voice fits the character - a little insecure, but with growing confidence. Once this is accepted annoyances with her voice vanish.

Really short game. MC has the worst voice acting. Story is uninteresting. Beautiful artwork.

Everything is great except Iris. I think that is our heroine. She is just awful. Take some acting classes before you voice over another game.

Only took me two hours to finish so it feels like I've paid to receive half a game. Puzzles are far too simple to do and no bonus chapter.
