He's the leader of a guerrilla group in Uganda called the Lord's Resistance Army. His business is to abduct African children from their homes and turn them into child soldiers. They become part of his army and they go on to abduct other children. The cycle never stops. That's why he's wanted for WAR CRIMES and CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY since 2005.
