Design This Castle

I had some real issues opening this app at first, it kept freezing on the loading screen. But after several several tries, it finally opened. Now I am truly enjoying playing this entertaining adorable game. Fingers crossed that it continues to open. Thanks for the great game. ????????

I have enjoyed this game for a while now. Several times, I have had issues with the game not loading. In the past, uninstalling, then reinstalling has fixed the issue. That is not working this time. I have tried repeatedly. It has been days of not being able to make money, collect daily rewards, etc. I saw your suggestion of going into the game to email support, however, I cannot do that as the game will not open.

Love the game, freezes a bit but not bad, wish it was easier to get coins & gold though, over all a great game. Update: That was until at lvl 8 I stopped getting room tasks, then my game wouldn't load at all, just had to uninstall, reinstalling it now guess we'll see if it works & if I have to start all over, hope it works this time. Update: didn't have to start over so that was awesome but still don't have any new tasks :/

Are you suppose to be able to play offline? It gets stuck at two crowns then exits when data is off. All my data can't go to games, so if it is an online game that would have been nice to know before downloading.

Update 10.25: all problems with the game resetting itself have been resolved, the staff was pretty awesome to work with & saw it through to the end. Thank you! Super cool building/decorating game, no farms to harvest or animals to keep (yet). Quests revolve around building rooms or decorating them. After becoming familiar with the game, I uninstalled in order to start over fresh. Since reinstalling, whenever leaving the game, either when done playing or watching an ad for gems; I return to the game as if I never even played! Full rooms gone, all furniture gone. Back to square one. If this could be addressed that would be great. Possibly work on a reset feature, if people want to start over? Also, confirmation prior to using gems for items would be nice. I'm trying it again just to see what happens.

I downloaded it. Opened it. It froze on the App Minis pic. If I have problems as soon as I download a game. I uninstall. Sorry, but there are to many games out there. I never allow myself to get frustrated with any of them.

I started playing this is Jan 2017 game was going good until they did an update now it wont log in. Talk to tech and they still have not fix the problem months later. Very disappointed.

Brilliant game very addictive just takes a long time to get furniture. Got to level 20 and had trade routes upgraded and was on a 8 hr knight mission when the game wouldn't load and still doesn't after unistalling and installing again. Very disappointed. Please fix so I can start again.

Absolutely love it, the characters are cute, the designing of the castle is fun, money isn't hard to get in order to buy decorations, diamonds are a little difficult but you can still make your castle very pretty. After some trouble loading the game, I found the devs were absolutely amazing, quick to respond and help and I was back on the game within a day. A*

The game has been getting stuck while loading on 2 crowns for over a month now. Yes, I am connected online. I have also reinstalled the game twice now on my Note 8. Any suggestions?

Pretty buggy. Had to pay 3-4 times to get rid of a rock for 300 gold. Logged on to collect money from the trade route and the chest, didn't give me anything so now I have to wait even longer to keep playing.

A lot of fun. Grapbics are great. Had a problem at first with opening game, but tech staff answered right away and offered a solution . Have a hard time putting the game down.

So much fun! Good way to pass time but the only bad part is getting more gems. Wish if you watched videos you'd at least get 2-3

I'm now on level 8 thanks tothe help I received from your support staff but now it's doing the same thing and not giving me any room quests and I'm doing the quests they ask me To do. I think there's some kind of glitch or bug in the game that makes it do that after you go through so many levels. Could you please see about getting this fixed?

I would give a higher rating because I do enjoy the game but really irritated that it doesn't have an "are you sure" or "cancel" option before spending gems. It sounds stupid of me to complain about something like that but sometimes my phone is laggy or sometimes I'm just too clumsy but I have accidentally spent gems 3 times now that I didn't want to spend and no way to back out! Ugh!!

UPDATE: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. After support contacted me (6 days to reply to emails) and asked for information on my phone, etc, they said "sorry, we can't fix it so you can use this app. We'll be in touch if anything changes." Don't bother investing time and/or money into a game that will fail you and has a support team that can't or won't help. Original review was : Fun and easy way to kill time. Now it won't load. I've rebooted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the game numerous times. No luck. Very frustrating.

It's ok, but would like to have things in the game more interactive. Like having people cooking and eating have them take a bath, different things make noise be able to turn lights on, tv, radio etc.,

Enjoy playing the game but it keeps getting stuck and freezing on the loading of the game. Unable to get into the game at all. I'd hate to delete it but if I can't play no use in keeping it installed. I have since Uninstaller. Still unable to play.

I love the game but it keeps kicking me out when I'm loading the game to keep playing. It's acting up on the loading part of It. It won't let me off the loading. I can't get to the part where the settings are. Or even back to my castle.

I am obsessed! It's super addicting and the only thing i have to argue about is how it takes forever to delete rocks! It took like, 6hrs .

I would give it a higher hating, however you are not allowed to work for diamonds like you can for gold and wood. That makes the progress of the game slower. I will play for a few minutes until I cannot proceed due to lack of diamonds then switch to another game.

I love this app, but after I had played the game for the first time I can't seem to get past the loading screen. It keeps getting stuck at only a fraction of the loading bar being filled and if I just leave it on it eventually just closes itself. It's been weeks and I really love this game but I just wish I could actually play it now! I'm hoping that you could help, and I'll gladly rate 5 stars once I can play the app again. Thank you. GAME DEVELOPERS: Can I please get your support teams email,so that I can find a way to play my game? I cannot go into the app to contact the support team because my app won't even open!

I been playing for about a month now but all of a sudden the game froze and I tried to reinstall twice and see if it would work but it didn't, would been 5 stars but game not working anymore.

It's a great game however I wish there were more choices for lower levels but once you level up you get better choices and I'm sure you can switch things out. Gold comes easy. Diamonds are harder to come by but that's with every game. Over all a decent game. Great time passer.

I feel its little kiddish right now..only on lvl 3 but so far okay. I can see how u can go up in quality though so that is a good thing

Very addicting, I love this game it's so fun and is nice that i get to decide what everything looks like it super fun and time consuming.

Would have given 5 stars but everytime I purchase something or do something then leave the game for a few minutes I go back in & it has reset. It's like I didn't do anything. Plus once all the rooms are built & furnished you no longer get any new tasks.

It's nice, but there's no grid unless placing on an object, so lining things up is excessively tedious.

So far it's fine I haven't been playing long. I think there should be more ways to get diamonds. I also wish you could turn the screen with your fingers instead of a button so you could see at better angles more of a 360° view.

I like the game but it freezes up a lot and I have had to uninstall it a few times and reinstall it and now for the 6th time hope I get past 10 if not I will delete it for good and that's sad cause I do like this game

loving the game so far..only had it for few days but lastnight suddenly it wont open/load....goes 2 stars in then just sits there....other then that rlly have no complaints..just would like to be able to continue playing lmao

I like your game. A lot of opportunity to make your own gold/coin if you pay attention. As well as diamond's. But to buy gold..way to pricey for so little. Price for diamond's is fair. Example, I make the same amount of gold that you charge $25 for in the store..in ONE day! The most fustrating of all..is the time frame we are forced to wait for a piece of furniture. 10 hours for a couch! That is YOU forcing us to pay for diamond's to speed it along. Why Force us to do anything? Not everyone has credit cards full of money..make the wait time a little more realistic and fair to the young ones who love to play your game. Besides this..great game :) I hope you read this and help us poor people out, and not Force us to find a new game. Thanks ????

Hi I have the brand new Galaxy S8 from Samsung and I have the same problem I had on my tablet it freezes before it even loads and then I'm stuck in a perpetual loading screen

Had to recently delete and reinstall this game as it keeps kicking me off,or freezing on start up screen. I have reinstalled it and still having same issues.
