Word Peril Free combines elements of multiple game genres and packs them into one addictive, fast-paced, and fun game.
Guess the Word Peril Free puzzle (without going bankrupt) by using visual and textual cues from within the game. You begin with $2000 virtual dollars. You are rewarded $100 for each correct guess. If you guess incorrectly, you'll put yourself in jeopardy by losing $400 for each missed letter. Successfully completing the mystery word or phrase nets you $200.
Use your Free Letter and Skip Puzzle tokens sparingly, as they are only refreshed upon reaching the next level.
Personal High Scores and Global High Scores (participation optional) are available so you can compete against yourself as well as the world!

This game is extremely fun to play. I've seen other complaints about the scoring but I think it is reasonable. It keeps the game challenging. I recently emailed the developer requesting new puzzles. Overall, great game! I look forward to the next update.

Really impressive game! It's like hangman with a purpose. Very original and very fun! I can't believe it's free... @Margo, You have Free Letter tokens and Category (background picture) and Hint (text description above keyboard). Open your eyes and use your head to play! @Sean, What are you even talking about? I've noticed an occasional error when I play, but in general the categories seem just fine. I hate when people complain about apps with no justification...
