【ストーリー】
巡ヶ丘学院高等学校の生徒で、明るく元気な丈槍由紀、ちょっと体育会系の恵飛須沢胡桃、穏やかなまとめ役の若狭悠里。彼女たちの住む街は、人間をゾンビに変えてしまう感染症のパンデミックによって地獄絵図と化していた。学校内に他の生存者はなく、3人は外界との接触を断たれている。当初の避難生活を導いてきた教師の佐倉慈は、学校での避難生活を部活動の一環として捉える「学園生活部」を創立し、生き残った3人を部員に迎えて温かく見守ろうとしていたが、その矢先に命を落とし、故人となっている。しかし、由紀は現実に起こった災禍を認識できないかのような態度をとり続け、すでに落命したはずの慈や生徒たちに空想の中で囲まれながら、ほのぼのとした楽しい学園生活を続けている。由紀の空想の中では、学園生活部は生徒会室を拠点に学校全体を借りて寝泊まりする部活という位置づけである。他の2人は由紀の空想に話を合わせつつ、彼女の明るさにも救われているが、次第に生徒会室の備蓄食料や生活物資は尽きていく。
