ゲームの舞台となるのは、ピューリたんたちが通う聖エクレシア学院。プレイヤーは「宗教委員」の一人として、チャペルでの礼拝により多くの生徒たちを集めようと知恵を出し合い、「敬虔（けいけん）値」を高めていきます。出現するピューリたんとその仲間たち（「改革派くん」「カトリックくん」などのメインキャラ）と仲良くなると、４コマ漫画のバックナンバーや「交換日記」が読めるなど、ファンにはうれしい特典が…！！
