Wheels appear to detach from truck and cannot even get over first obstacle.

Because the accelerator controls are right next to the back/home/menu buttons, so I'm forever pressing them. You'd think you'd be able to just rotate the phone the other way, but no. Also, it's 'brake', not 'break'. Sheesh.
