Changing my mind the game has glitched and taken me back to signing up but it wont let you sign up as an existing member so things that you have bought are gone. And i have emailed the games support and no response and the other feedbacks that are given its the same thing please email us and we can help.

My daughter and I love this game sooo much that we sometimes fight over who will play the game. But now after downloading the newest update I can't login as an existing user. It's giving me an error. All I can do is to click on the new user but I'M NOT a new one so why would I do that! Please fix the game!

My sis likes this game but it needs a complete fixation. First of all the new contents needs fixation. If we don't open the game for 2 to 3 days ,we need to download the new contents which takes about 20 minutes. Secondly, the game always stops. It says that unfortunately star girl has stopped. And it keeps on saying that whenever my sis tries to open it. She uninstalled the game and downloaded it again and after that it opened but the new contents needed to be downloaded again. And after one day it again started to say unfortunately star girl has stopped

The game is beautiful. Unfortunately, it keeps saying an error occurred when I try to return to the app after leaving . Also, I have repeatedly contacted customer service and brought forth these issues as well as others such as losing items, sometimes whole sections such as tops, dresses. I have yet to receive a reply. Such a shame.

Guys there is an issue Actually today morning when I opened it's showing an error... If I click use existing account it Shaw's an error and asks us to celebrate later.... And if we click create new account it brings us back to home screen of my phone.... Hope to be recovered fast....

It's nice but the fashion show and star wow takes a lot of time to upload and I tap on the banners but I can't buy it and it doesn't come so please fix it and try make the game best so I can rate 5 stars.

I've played for the last 5 yrs spent hundreds on diamonds and all I get is glitch after glitch. Also reported to Google for spending too much money and got my account frozen. I used to love this game, now I hate it!

It's okay,but when I press the button with the shirt on it to make me have new clothes it makes me go back to Play Store. It's so annoying. Please fix this annoying game !

It's one of my favorite game and it's graphics and dresses etc.are all good and amazing but when I returned to my game it was loading it gave me two options I chose existing star girl user but it keeps saying that an error occurred. I want to play it so please repair it fastly

I like to give five star but it always stop and i report again and again but nothing happen i already uninstall but i always install it but always stop im so upset of this up please do something to this app i will give this 5 star if you fix it.... sorry to put 1 star

Umm My game restarted I was playing my game last night no problems and the next morning and all my progress gone I will rat five when fixed

I lost all my shirts and dresses when I downloaded the new content ,i've spent lots of money on this game,and they couldn't get my stuff back they have me free diamonds and a little bit of coins ,im,very disappointed I've played for several years and spent a lot of money on this game..
