An app that's supposed to connect by bluetooth, that won't connect. So the update is to push out firmware update,, by the same bluetooth connection that doesn't work. Just brilliant folks, just brilliant

I had the hardest time connecting the doll to the app. Tried before Christmas and wasn't successful until today. The connection wasn't successful until I turned on the bluetooth on my phone, then held the bluetooth button on the doll, THEN opened the app while holding my phone close to the doll did it connect. It's very cute once it connects. It is hard for my 6 year old to hit the sensor in the mouth just right to trigger the bottle feeding on the app. Thankful for my computer savvy brother-in-law!

I bought this doll for my daughter for christmas and the update won't go pass stage two. This is unacceptable. The point of getting this $100 doll is so that she can interact with her tablet. And your offices are closed until the 27th? You should have anticipated customer service help on CHRISTMAS!!!!! Thanks for nothing

A royal pain to install and connect - updates constantly. You have to reinstall the batteries multiple times; the batteries it comes with are apparently useless. Check a previous review - you have to turn off the bluetooth on your phone/tablet, turn off the doll, turn on the bluetooth on your phone/tablet, turn the doll on, turn the doll's bluetooth on, and then connect. A royal pain to fill in the name/date of birth as well. Cute once it gets going. I agree with the other reviews - for $100 this thing should work off the bat.

Doll will not connect. Senosors on doll do not work. Doll will not wake up we have to restart her every 10 min. We are stuck with it because it was a gift. Please recall so my daughter can get a toy that works!!!

Trying everything, tried to download on phone and I pad and still nothing, put new batteries in. Downloaded other app as well and still nothing. Unbelievable pay all this money and still not working! Better be getting fix or money back for the doll!

I swear this thing needs to be added to the Garbage "Pail" Kids along with the App. It's a complete waste of time and effort. A Christmas gift for my daughter that will be BACK at Toys R' US tomorrow. Too many other real life baby dolls around to go through this nonsense. Folk, un-install this crap and don't bother downloading if you haven't already. They DO list the smart devices this bologna currently work with BUT IT NEEDS TO BE POSTED ON THE BOX so we know BEFORE spending $100!!!

Will not go past step 1. This is ridiculous to pay 100 dollars and the app won't work. Needs fixed IMMEDIATELY

Purchased the doll for my child & can't get the app to connect to the doll. I have changed the batteries & tried numerous times same outcome Nothing. For the price you would think it would work. Calling Customer Service in hopes to get issues taken care of

Tried everything from making sure my system was updating and removing batteries and it still won't connect. My daughter and I are very disappointed. We need answers ASAP!!!!!!

I got the baby so real for my granddaughter for Christmas and it won't go pass step 2 in the download I'm very upset because who do you contact about it I called someone your office is closed called today and got no one I payed $99 if I want to just a regular doll that's what I would have bought

I'm dumbfounded! Why does this brand new doll work only with phones and tablets from 3 years ago? What a waste of time and money!

Everyone else is having trouble to.....please fix! She got this as a gift from her uncle, for Christmas and was all excited to use the app but IT WON'T CONNECT. Did EVERYTHING it said to do over and over. Shows up in BT list but won't pair. Did over and over what Keisha said to do and still......NOTHING

Tried installing the update as well and it keeps saying take the batteries out and put them back in. Nothing works daughter is upset.

Doll won't connect to app. Just got doll for daughter for Christmas won't go past step 2. I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 and a Samsung Galaxy tab pro and neither will let firmware go past step 2 to connect doll

App won't connect to doll, update app doesn't finish step 2 so therefore does nothing.

Download this and firmware app. Press baby button to turn on Bluetooth. Update firmware. Power down then turn of BT again and open the this app.

Aweful, did not work at all with my phone or my husband's.

I tried everything to get it to connect and it wont.

This app works great, you just need new AAs in the toy.
