Use the blueprints editor to design a structure that will protect your dummy, Melvin, from some random danger. You'll have to work with the available materials. Most of the time you'll use wood, sometimes you'll use concrete, but you must always use your most important asset: your brain.
A wise person once said: "An engineer is someone who can do for a dime what any fool can do for a dollar." In Dummy Defense, your design must not only be strong enough, it must be cheap enough to win. Building cheaper structures will earn you more stars on a level.
Create your design in seconds with the blueprints editor. If you make a mistake, simply tap the Undo button. Zoom in and out by pinching the screen and pan the view using a two finger drag.
While testing, you can see how the strain is distributed across your design. Areas that are under immense strain are colored bright red, while other areas are colored green. This allows you to find and fix problem areas in your design.
The slow motion slider lets you slow things down so you can see how your design is failing, and it is also incredibly fun to watch explosions destroying your design in slow motion.

fun but too much of a port. the developer didnt update for android and on high resolution devices (i.e. not an iphone) the text is way to small to read

in instruments of death/ lvl inferno in finger test. I tried the flamethrower the second time all the fire was a white square and random letters.Other than that its great!

Found a bug, on the level with two boats far away from each other. I fired my shot and it landed on the boat, it then said failed to kill Kelvin, but then the Canon ball continued to roll and hit Kelvin turning him red and knocking him over. Also the time bar at the top had not ended, Please fix this bug.

Out of all the apps on Android and Apple, this is the among the best for engineering for kids. Looks like Simple Plane and Simple Rocket by the same guys also have good reviews.

Jundroo have made some of the best games for android,iOS,osx and PC,the games are really good but there is a few more games that I can think of 'simplecars', 'simpleboats', 'simple helicopters' and 'simpletrains' etc

Great game that both I and my kids love to play. The levels are varied, so it's not always doing the same thing over and over again. Sometimes you're simply protecting the dummy from getting hit, sometimes getting crushed, sometimes something else.

Loving this game. Amazing how often simple and basic solutions will beat more complicated constructions. My only complaint is that there are only 25 levels, but at £0.62 you can't go wrong.

It's a good game but it's not worth the lost space on your phone. You will end up with 21MB on your phone with no move to SD. Even after multiple requests from other users for this feature, I see he's done nothing to make the change, so he doesn't care. I will not buy any more game from this developer. Uninstall.

17 levels in I'm finding puzzles I just can't complete (without a YouTube walkthrough). In Dummy Defense you have to find the right balance beween cost (you only have so much money) and meeting the objectives, and that can be very difficult. Regardless, this game has charm, a tight and responsive UI, and is fun.

Not sure why, but after previously being able to save blueprints, the app has now chosen to erase them all and prevents me saving new prints! Other than that glitch, superb game.

Love going back to see how to improve on designs. Did have issues with app not opening, but fixed by reinstalling. Would like to get some sound and like it to remember my name for leader board entry.
