About Brainstorm 2
Brainstorm 2 - a new, reworked version of the game Brainstorming.
Now even more levels! More exercises! Statistics of levels and games.
Our game will become an effective assistant and mentor in training your mind, attention, memory.
Do you still remember the multiplication table? Are able to concentrate for a long time on a difficult task? Memory does not play with you evil jokes? Are able to perceive and memorize large amounts of information? Are able to find extraordinary solutions in this situation?
Yes, all this can be attributed to the age, or weakness of the mind, but the problem is much deeper.
It's all about our nature, the nature of our body, everything that it does not use - it optimizes, reducing the costs of energy and body resources. And once our active brain, constantly loaded in the kindergarten, school, institute, cognition and study of everything new, as well as regular physical activity, all this in total contributed to the development and maintenance of a large number of neural connections within it. But everyday life, routine, pattern exercises do not require the brain to have the same activity, but in consequence do not load it in the same volume, leaving the previously developed neural connections unclaimed. This is where the mechanisms of our body come in to optimize its work.
I hope, now you understand how important the regular loads are for our brain, and to help you in this, this application was created.
The application contains a set of exercises aimed at developing various abilities of our brain, the performance of which will be useful for people of any age group.
By loading your brain, we activate its internal mechanisms, the blood flow increases, more oxygen is consumed, new nerve connections are created. Thus, by exercising this or that ability of the brain, we activate the work of its corresponding departments, increasing the efficiency of the brain as a whole.
You do not need much time, 5-10 minutes a day will be enough, besides it will be useful to alternate exercises.
An important aspect is the regularity of training, as unused neural connections become weaker over time.
