100 Logic Games - Time Killers for Android
Some good logic puzzles, and mostly a good interface. The one thing that's really missing is some sort of "check your answers so far" feature. It has a hint feature that gives you free answers.... But I don't want free answers so much as I'd like to be able to confirm that what I've filled in so far is right. Especially for complex puzzles
Overall great game. Some of the levels are impossible without the hit. Maybe I am just not that smart. It is worth buying the app to get rid of the adds and to be able to enter the number you want without cycling your entry. (Edit: looks like purchase is only for Apple and not Android... come on now)
These games are great. And addictive! I like that there is a variety of different types of puzzles and plenty of each type. Some of the instructions could be a little clearer, but with a little effort the solving methods become apparent. It would really be helpful if the hints had explanations, though. Knowing where on the board a symbol goes without knowing why doesn't really help that much.
This is a great app! All of the games are designed to make you think, and they definitely do that! The only thing I can think of that I would like to see is an explanation with the hints, so we can see WHY that symbol goes there rather than just filling it in, because the entire reason I love these kinds of games is to follow the logic all the way to the completion! I feel cheated if I just have to take their word that it goes that way!
Hi maybe it's just me but for Tents puzzle 12, i found 2 answers and took a screenshot of the one that wasn't the official answer, is there any way I can send this to you to verify because i really cannot see anything wrong with the non-official answer as the only difference between the two is the position of just 2 tents. Edit: ok this doesnt just happen for tents 12, tents 13 also has 2 answers and again its just the different positioning of 2 tents.....
Most of the puzzles (ex. on Battleship which I like a lot) require to hit the help hutton, while there are no clues. If you start guessing, the possibilities are so many, that can explode your brain. Other than that the games are unique and I have spent a lot of relaxing time here.
My new favorite game. Just right difficulty to be challenging but still solvable. You do have to use hints which is no biggie for me. It would be nice to be able to add another colored dot so i can test hypothesis more. There is something in the game if i hold my finger down but its awkward to use. Love the game.
How can you enjoy the puzzle with a deceptive flahing "virus detected" ad? I regret to say that if they do not block or remove the flashing "phone is slow? 1 tap booster" ad i am going to have to ininstall this game. Great game but lately it is filled with those dishonest and unethical ads that flash constantly and say phone has a memory or other problem
Serious credit for this game. I like Sudoku puzzles - I can usually handle the super-fiendish variants - and this collection of puzzles is both challenging and impressively varied. In fact the range of puzzle types here is almost intimidating. There should be lots of examples which suit your mentality, the only difficulty being sorting through them to find the types you like more. Pretty decent controls also allow some degree of annotation as you go. Fantastic.
Great app for intellectals that want to veg. Normally I wait a few days before reviewing, but I turned off the sound and played a few of the many many games, with progressively harder levels. The ones that I tried so far are fun vegitatate games, that intellectals will enjoy. Not brain busters that prevent relaxation. No annoying sound popup ads. No sound at all, with settings muted. All games should follow this developer"s lead!
A lot of great puzzles, from simple to challenging... but there are some serious user interface issues here: you shouldn't have to watch every move you make "unwind" when you restart, some of the puzzles have you click at the very edge of the screen which can be difficult to accomplish, and the icon bar at the bottom disappears. A little cleanup, and this could be 5*
I've been doing a lot of these puzzles on Conceptis and Simon Tatham's site and related apps, which have unlimited computer generated levels. This app has limited levels but it has a lot of new games and new variations on them which are well explained in an entertaining way and fun to learn and play. The controls are a bit annoying sometimes, but you can pay to remove ads and get more control options.
I love the games so far, but I have found at least two instances of the Tent game that had more than one correct answer. Unfortunately, it will only mark the game complete if you come up with one of the solutions.
A collection of fun puzzles with a huge variety of mechanics to keep you occupied. My main complaints are that the commands for marking squares are rather unwieldy, and it is a little pesky with ads for other apps by the developer.
Love the game HATE the ads. I would gladly have paid a few bucks to have the ad free version, but had to install due to the in-your-face flashing ads on every screen. Surely it would make sense for the developer to offer an ad free version for 99 cents or 2 dollars or something. Shame as the app itself is excellent.
I can tell the creator put a lot of work into this. The list of games is diverse, with well-defined rules. However the controls are a bit clunky for some of the games. I'd also prefer an option to pay for the extra game packs instead of spamming social media.
The puzzles themselves are very good, challenging, and varied. However, the interface is clunky for most games (esp. Note taking), hints aren't great, it drains battery, and I LOST ALL OF MY PROGRESS out of nowhere. Very frustrating.
LOVE the large variety of games. Have played only 3 types so far, but looking forward to more. Controls are a bit clunky. Should not need to tap each square so many times. Biggest negative: I am seeing a message saying something about GoogleApiClient not being connected. This means my scores are not being saved to the server.
Overall great but it would be better if you had other input options. like when you play fitoshiki for example and want to put in a "9" you have to tap the same tile 9 times, why not put a row of numbers in the game field to select and input this number right away? (there's enough space if you consider the empty space over the playing field) also for the same reason I would like to remove the move counter. using the above example it counts 9 moves to input just one number which is annoying. would be also nice if you could change the input colour because sometimes - especially in light theme - it's hard to distinguish the already given numbers from the ones you have inserted.
So far I've passed 30 levels in various games and I love it! Whenever I get stuck, I switch games and come back to it later with an open mind. Some levels are quite tricky and as others have pointed out you really have to think on your own if you don't use the hints.
An almost perfect selection of puzzles. The quick entry option that's on iOS is desperately needed though. An option to sync between devices would also be very appreciated, as it'd take years to finish all of these.
Perfect! So many different types of puzzles - anyone will find what they like. I love the option to save my progress, even if a puzzle is not solved yet. Simple interface - but that's exactly what one needs when playing logic games. The ads at the bottom of the screen don't interfere with the game, which is a good thing too. I've been looking for such an app for a while - THANK YOU!!!
The menus can be a bit frustrating I go back to the main menu to try a new game and realize that I have to go back into the game I was just playing to a separate menu to select a new game. The games themselves are not too difficult if you use a little logic, but they are still fun
I really enjoy these puzzles. Definitely something different from sudoku and other puzzles and makes you think. Graphics are simple but it doesn't need anything fancy. There are so many to choose from! (all have a very similar interface but different objective) I haven't even made it through all the types of puzzles yet and have had this app for a little while now! :)
Challenging, and some are certainly above me. But I very much like that you can request and use Hints when you're stuck at the beginning. I very much DON'T like that you are forced to wait 2 minutes til the next HINT.If I need them, I need them. Why drag it out? A fun, challenging game.
There are some games that defy the rules and that really detracts from the gameplay. Example: Snails 5 requires you to put a number in the first tile, even though the rules state "not even the first tile must contain a digit". If the developers can't follow their own rules, or can't explain the rules correctly so the user understands what they can do, how can a user feel achievement without having to use hints?
A very nice, brain engaging time filler. An excellent variety of game types. Like others said, the only thing missing is a check for whether you are right so far in the puzzle. Excellent though overall.
Puzzles good enough logically, but interface awkward and has graphical issues. Constantly nags to download other apps or share (no option to just pay to get rid of ads/nags), and at one point refused to let me play anymore unless I shared it; downgrading to 2 stars and uninstalling instead.
I VERY MUCH want to rate this game higher. I have played Parks and Snails so far, and I have found it glaringly annoying that the numbers (in snail) the one inputs are white, and the numbers given are sooo light a grey, they cannot be differentiated from the white. In parks, the trees are identical. Make them easily recognizable!! In Snails, start with bright RED numbers (untouchable) so clearly distinguish them from the white ones players add?
Great puzzles. The iOS version is 5 stars though... This version lags sometimes when starting a puzzle, zooming is a bit finicky, and when you open the hints interface, it doesn't remember the previous entry in that cell, which significantly shows gameplay on harder levels. If these issues get fixed on this system I'd give it 5 stars too.
Challenging puzzles to test your logical reasoning. The only thing missing, would be an account feature which can be used to restore the progress after factory resetting the phone or upgrading to a new phone
Logic games? After a few levels there are so many options that are only proved wrong after lots more moves. This turns it into a guessing game, not logic. And, despite what the developer states, there are multiple solutions to some puzzles (Lighten Up 8 for starters!). Yes, the rules are not very clear on all puzzles, but the later ones still turn in to a guessing game.
Pretty fun and challenging. Some of the puzzles have difficult controls. Galaxies comes to mind, even zoomed in, it's sometimes hard to tap the line segment you want, especially around the edges.
Very enjoyable way to pass the time. If I get stuck on a puzzle I can try a different one and go back to it later. I also like that it doesn't require the internet - great when I'm on a train with no signal.
A very nice app with a variety of mind games, each progressing from easy to very hard. Simple, effective graphics without distracting and useless "fireworks". Two problems: 1. The diminutive size of the undo button will sometimes make you open the ad by accident which is quite annoying. 2. Many of the number-based games are virtually unsolvable without notes - and the interface for taking them is extremely un-user-friendly.
This game is amazing! The interface is a bit rudimentary, but that's not really a concern at all. This app is a wonderful time killer with puzzles of all types for anyone who craves one.
Fun and tricky puzzles. Some real head scratchers. I really can't explain how time flies by when I'm playing this game. Graphics are very basic but I liked the old-timey simplicity.
Every single puzzle which I used to buy in print now available for free and handy whenever standing in line or waiting at the doctors. My favourites are Bimaru and Tents. Also started to like Snails and especially Skyscrapers. Can't wait for more easier ones as the higher ones are real hard at times. Good job. Keep them comming.
Very good choice of games. Could do with a drag fill, because tapping each cell multiple times gets monotonous.

If you want a number of interesting and fun logic games, step right up. This is for you. However, if you're not an afficionado, it may be more frustrating than it's worth. Tutorials are just okay, and for some games just aren't enough. Some games would structure puzzles to introduce you to concepts that they would make you demonstrate in order to proceed. This game doesn't. There are lots of solving techniques that just aren't explained and that you probably won't come close to finding on your own. See Minesweeper. Everything can be achieved without guessing, but the process of doing that is far, far more annoying than it should be. However, that's not the *fault* of someone meaning to collect puzzles. It's just that the game would be exceptional if it did.
