Mystery Island 3 Free

I would have given 5 stars but to get subsequent chapters free, you have to "earn" them by downloading new games. The first game I downloaded worked fine and I was able to finish Chapter 2. For the next chapter, I found another game that was compatible, downloaded it, played it and it still won't give me Chapter 3! I will change the rating if/when this issue is fixed!

I will admit, the controls can be a little annoying, the way you go back and forth between places, but its definitely worth it! I've been playing this game for a long time. It's my favorite puzzle/mystery game! Definitely recommend!

I would have given it 5 but... The plot kept my interest and was good. Sometimes I had to redo stuff I already did which was just an annoyance. No point in doing the same thing more then twice. Just my opinion :) That was my only problem. I love how you can earn each new chapter! Huge plus! This adventure had a decent plot and the graphics were great. I would love to play more games like this one. So many possibilities :)

Lots of great puzzles and has a great map to get u around. Wud have given 5stars but some of the pieces of objects to find r soooo small!!! Very difficult to see them had to use lots of hints and I played on a tablet. Still worth checking out!!

Was enjoying the games till I had to earn a chapter and which I tried to do. I downloaded 4 games that they suggested played them for an hour or a day and still no chapter. I'm almost finish with the game.. I emailed the game support and still haven't heard an answer that was 3 days ago.. I'm a big fan of this company, and would like to finish the game

Bought this game and am unable to play it. Would appreciate a refund I have spent a lot of money on alaware games and if this is what I have to look forward to then I won't be buying anymore..

If the game doesn't download your memory is probably full. Never had an issue with their games not once and have played almost all. People get mad that it says free then have to pay but its only a free trial how can they possibly continue to make games to play with no income? If you can't pay 3 bucks for a great game don't play.

Good game but not for me. Graphics r great. Video/Story in between boards are very lively. But you have to find hidden pieces of each object before you can use it. Ex: a knife is broken up into 10 pieces and you have to find each piece before it becomes an actual object. Too annoying for me :-(.

Like the game. It's fun and has good pace would rate it higher but when I tried another game to unlock the second level it didn't work. So now I can't play anymore and all I got was the first level. Don't say you can unlock the next level when you can't

Well i really liked this game until i reached like the second level & if you don't have $ to pay to continue it just starts all over at the beginning. So I'm really mad about it right now.

It never said that you can play only the first chapter for free. It is misleading players. If you want to continue playing you have to pay or install some advertisement apps. Uninstalling imediatelly!

Liked it until I went to earn next chapter. Downloaded and installed two games and rated them but didn't get next chapter. I was going to buy it but I have lost all interest in it because of false advertising. I used to love games from this place but they have all gone down hill. So disappointed!!!

Dont try to earn the extra scenes cause its a lie it doesnt work they dont let you have the other scenes by earning it. You have to buy it the earning it part doesnt work and thats not right u should be able to earn it but it lets you download things but it doesnt give you the extra stages in the game...

I played the demo version. The story is pretty good. The art work is very nice. For some reason there was no audio on my new LG. My only complaint is the HOS items were broken into small pieces, very small, then hidden in the picture. Even with screen enlargement I needed to use a magnifying glass for some hidden shards. The game just became to tedious.

Really liked and was earning my way through the levels then loaded a game to go to next level and played it and wasn't given the new level

Laborious. Not the objective of a game. It shut down at the end of chapter 3. Really like Alawar games but this one is a dud.

Great game. Fun to figure out order and sequence of actions to unlock new rooms, etc. Sometimes it got a bit annoying searching for tiny parts of objects, but overall I loved it. Downloading the first one now. This game is a demo section. You need to pay for final four sections. It's nice to get to try before you buy though. Full version only a pound or so.

Played for half hour then had to pay to be able to play any more . If it says free it should be free not just a demo

I have come to a point where it keeps asking me to either earn or pay for the next chapter, naturally, I'd like to earn it however after downloading multiple other apps and playing them AND signing up, I still have to earn or pay for the next chapter, I would give it 5 stars but this issue was a waste of storage and time. I did however, love the story line up until this point, unfortunately, this is very frustrating as I would like to finish this story line however, being broke, I can't afford the game.

Wonderful animation and graphics, reminiscent of the old Zork and Myst series. Great storyline and challenging puzzles. It really could use a map that allows you to zip from place to place, as trudging through multiple finished locations repeatedly gets tiresome after awhile. I wanted to continue to the next chapters, but despite downloading and test-driving a few apps I wasn't allowed to "Earn" that right & I've no spare cash for games at the moment.

Quite difficult like it when I have to think. Not rocket science stuff but certainly not bad.will most likely buy full version.

Very large game and thought it was good. A map would help to move around quicker as there is a lot of going backwards and forwards. Finding the pieces of objects did get a bit boring after a while, but I'm glad I stuck with it to complete the game. The hint button could have been a little better as sometimes it sends you to something you've done before. I found the puzzles way too easy and not enough of them. Too long loading. However, its well worth the money as it kept me amused for quite a few hours.

I really enjoyed this one, great job as usual Alawar, ppl please don't listen to these guys saying Alawar will rip you off and all that, they're wrong. Alawar is very good at their job and a very popular developer so they prolly have a high volume of technical issues with the hundred or so games JUST ON GOOGLE PLAY ALONE, not counting the countless other systems, so this person will get money back, and BTW it can take weeks for a refund to go back to a card, that's not Alawar fault!! Give them a try,

Another game that says you can unlock free credits to progress, but won't let you. Installed & ran a few different apps on their list, but to no avail. I wasn't totally digging the game anyway. It's the kind where you have to find tiny pcs of the objects you need, then a separate board pops up with pcs finished that you can finally use. Idk..it was OK, but it just seemed that they spent more time on hiding little pieces of crap all over the place & the story development suffered the consequences. Just my opinion.

Spent a few nights engrossed into the small hours. Realised can use map to jump to locations which saves time consuming trekking about. Would like a few more teaser puzzles but on the whole thoroughly enjoyed playing. A bit disappointed that there is no mention that only first chapter is free. Managed to get other chapters by downloading apps but didn't always work and had to do several times.

But now I am stuck at the computer, I put the propellers in the fan, it tells me to click on the blue button of the computer that the it was hot, to cool the compuer, but I click o it, nothing happens, so what else do I do? Help! Thank you.

Would have given five stars if you honestly could download an app and have the next chapter free like they said. I was considering purchasing the game at first, but after seeing that dishonesty, I chose not to. You lost a purchase because of your dishonesty. I would rather you just come out and ask for purchase than do that.

I usually love Alawar games. I played the free part & instead of HOGs you had to find the little pieces of most of the things you were going to use, scattered all over. It was tedious. It might be fun, free mode lasted a good while, but you didn't do much but go back & forth. Not much in the way of puzzles either. Graphics were good & inventory was click & point. I love that feature.

It's been a good game. I played on it for over 2 days free. I earned a chapter & it tells me I can play another it I try another product but I've downloaded 3 different games but won't take it. I finally made it through the last chapter by earning it. It took me 3 days. Was a very good game and story.

Interesting game but very tiring trying to figure out what to do or where to go. If you just follow the map I feel you miss some of the items

Really liking this game. Takes a while to get used to but that's cos its different from other games. Good challenge. I read the other reviews and found none of the glitches that some of them did. For a game this size that's pretty good.

The only problem I had is it said I could earn the next level but no matter how many I downloaded it still wouldn't unlock was fun while it lasted

Okay, here goes: multiplayer, unlock $2.99 (and I think the annoying ads go away, and there seems to be an "earn" option), 56 beyond objects, teleportation task map, decent hint system. No strategy guide - likely unnecessary. Journal, extensive cut scenes, lots of collecting parts of tools, etc. Screens enlarge. Tricky handling until you get used to it. I may raise my rating as I play, but I wanted to get this info out there. Be prepared to travel by map, otherwise the game lags.

Every time I try to earn the next chapter, it doesn't let me, so I download things onto my phone for no reason. Ridiculous

This had great graphics, great puzzles and treasure hunts. Well worth the cost (pic games like this would be $40-$60) of $3.

I enjoyed the game but I'm still getting lots of adverts even after I paid for the full game.

I absolutely loved this game... i finished the whole game didnt pay for it..earning apps is easy as 123 just download one of the apps dont back out of screens and the play for a while then u earned your next chapter ... with help from hints that made it easier but also i liked the fact that it had to reload so that it doesn't give you too much too fast and it makes you think on your own .. the storyline was great .. well thought through game. Want more
