I've played many hidden object games that were either boring or simply way too short, but this one outshines them all! Everything about this game is on point--the storyline, the game play, the difficulty of finding certain types of objects, the way certain objects work together to free trapped spirits...the list goes on and on! I'm totally impressed, worth every penny! Waiting for the next episode!

You need to fix the bugs. Tried buying the full version from the free one and it kept bugging out. Finally searched it on Google play and bought it, but then there was no way to transfer my progress from the free version, since it keeps bugging out. I guess I'll be getting a refund, which is a shame, because this game looked really cool.

Countless countless countless glitches from frozen screens to flashing screens to just getting kicked out. To top it all off could not get the crystal off of the shelf to go to the bonus level. Quality control needs to review better. Played on my Xoom

Great length and I especially loved the map, enabling you to access other rooms easily, with the added bonus of showing which room required something doing in it, saving me scratching my head trying to remember where I'd seen a puzzle that needed the item I now had.

If you like HOG'S with a couple of puzzles thrown into the mix, then you should check out this game. The length of game play is terrific, and you also get a bonus chapter. I could not get into the story, but I could see from the reviews that a lot of people did enjoy the storyline. Overall, this game is worth the money, and I recommend checking it out.

I paid a dollar for this game! Fix the flowers on the mantle problem. Its a great game but if you can't even play the game then what's the point!?

Good game. If you have any problems there is a strategy guide in the lower right corner of the screen and its basically a full walk through. The flower puzzle being complained about a few people is solvable and you can always use the walk through. Its a great game.

I bought this game for $1.99 to find out my tablet is not compatible with this game. I really wanted to play a hidden object game , could I please get a refund or credit somehow toward a different hidden object game?? Thank you.

This game has everything! Puzzles, hidden objects, riddles, a great storyline, hours of solving fun , you name it this game has it. We have a busy household so this game took me days to complete. That's OK because I can save and quit to come back later. I love the hints, map guides and in-game strategy book to help me on my way. This is the hands down best escape game EVER. I'll probably play this multiple times. Way to go, Alawar!!

I really like this game i didnt really think i was going to. But i was like what the hay nd bought it. Its really fun and looks amazing. My only complaint is that it freezes up in Sammy's room. Nowhere else but there which sucks cause when it does it either takes forever to unfreeze or it closes the app all together

All around this is a fantastic game. Quite a lengthy game too, unlike so many others I've tried, with hours of game play. Most of the mini games are challenging without being insanely frustrating and the hidden objects are great too. Good story line that was easy to follow. Well worth paying for. I highly recommend it!

The game is flawed in the scene where you have to arrange the flowers on the mantle in the right order. I've tried every way possible way to move or switch them and nothing works. I want my money back! There is no hint or skip to let you pass it either!

Lovely puzzles, split into different areas & a reasonably sized bonus game. Sad when it ended. Niggles? Painting the still life refused to work properly & some cut scenes had sound dropping out. Probably too many hidden object puzzles as well. Otherwise it was great value for money.

Graphics and story are great. But please chill with the hidden object mini games... They're too many and they get so boring.... The main puzzles and objectives are fun, although bonus chapter seems to be made in a hurry and not whole heartedly.

Im so glad I chose to buy this game. I love HOGs when they also include different kinds of puzzles, and this one def does. I loved the storyline and playing detective. The map to jump from room to room and show which has new clues is wonderful. Unlike G5 games, which are more expensive, this one is worth its price!! Excellent!! I can't wait til the next installment. Im off to look for similar games from Alawar! PS... I played this on a low end tablet and had NO issues. No freezing, nothing. Smooth play.

One of my favorites.. beautiful artwork, great story line, just the right amount of spooky and mysterious without being too gruesome. Interesting and varied puzzles, transporting map, nice long gameplay plus bonus game. No problems with glitches. Highly recommend. . Now off to buy the 2nd House of 1000 doors!

What a great game I usually don't like hidden object games but this one was really good. The story was awesome great characters nice music. This game was a long one with the bonus level. It was definitely worth the price I can't get enough of Alawar games they are always great to play.

I enjoyed that some of the mini games were new to me. I could chop wood for hours. But once I reached the cottage through the last door, the game shuts down and will not let me play anymore.

I paid full price for this game, will not make that mistake again. Could not get pass the flowers, they will not move. I tried everything I could think of to get it to work.

Storyline - AMAZING! Graphics - AMAZING! Mini-games and puzzles - challenging but not overly difficult. This is probably my favorite game of this type that I have played.

I can't believe this one got by me! I get EVERY HIDDEN OBJECT MYSTERY STRATEGY GAME the minute it comes out !!!!! Well....EXCEPT the ones you have to wait or purchase more energy to play!!! Also... How can you spend so little and get so much. Compared to more expensive games it's a snip. Played on Samsung tab A flawless. £00.79 absolute bargain. There are 3 1000 doors games get them all they are so worth the money.

I did some research on the best hidden object game on the Play Store and House of 1000 Doors was the recommendation. I have played for about 3 hours and am only scratching the surface of the story so I can only imagine quite a bit more content awaits. It is exactly what I was looking for and is excellently done.

I tried the free trial first..it kept locking up but I thought if I purchased it, it wouldn't do it. Then I couldn't purchase it from trial. Had to uninstall and download all new and it STILL continues to freeze up. Only way to unfreeze is to completely close down my tablet and power up again. I loved it at first but this is bull crap! Either fix it or give me a refund, please.

Its AM amazing game TILL U GET to where U HAVE to whip the bull to break down the door, it won't move! U whip and whip and it does nothing! Apparently I've seen that other people have this issue on different parts of the game! Please fix this! This is why people don't like paying for games, once U GET stuck U ARE out money!

its a good game for the price but lacks some things. For one, google+ sign in with achievements. Game requires a lot of back tracking. Story was kind of lame but the game never crashed and looked great

Best 78p I've ever spent on a game. If you like HOG then this is one of the best. One glitch, if you follow the clue about arranging the flowers on the masterpiece, then it won't work. The correct order is:- white, blue, pink then purple.

I would gladly give this game 5 stars, except ya'll next to fix it. I can't arrange the flowers. Ya'll next need to update and fix. This is the first game I ever paid for and it's leaving a very bad impression. Update it and I would gladly give you 5 stars

Slightly addictive story, cut scenes - nice idea, difficulty choice - bullseye (I hate when in this kind of games they show you available actions and here you can switch it off). I really liked it. The price is nothing for such game. Hope you continue your work. Thanks

Enjoyed this...kept me entertained for a few hours which is rare these days. The finding objects section is a tad annoying...as i justvended up tapping the screen as fast as possible. But couldnt put it down

Look for bits and bobs with no thinking required while tolerating a baby story. 100% useless. Didn't refund because it was too late.

Worth money definitely, nice graphics and storyline, without crashes or other things. Next what I hope will come out soon I will buy 100 %, even if it come with higher price.

I got the light edition which I always like. Having the chance to try it out before buying. Played for a while then went to purchase but the game wouldn't let me kept getting a marmalade error message. Anyway I went back to the play store bought the full app and am starting over again not the end of the world but a bore none the less

A hidden gem from 5BN Games and Alawar. Beautiful, smooth and engaging throughout, with one of the best and most intriguing storylines in this genre. Plenty of fun surprises along the way, and cut scenes you look forward to, rather than just skipping. Had none of the problems others have mentioned.

This game is very fun and very addicting. It makes you think about how to solve some problems. I love that it's not just a hidden object game! Thank you for making this game awesome!!

Waste of money, took me only 3 days to complete the game. But it's really a fun game

Absolutely loved this game, so many goals to make. I like the option for casual or expert. For me the casual play is quite relaxing. Can't wait to play the second. I'm also waiting for your next Snark Busters, I've played them all. The first All reved up was my favorite. The one thing I'd like, is to get one that's a little more whimsical and not so dark. Otherwise great, great job! It's hard to believe you can even put these types of games together.

Not my type of game but my girlfriend said it is one of the best games she has ever played, and she is incredibly picky. :)
