Snark Busters: All Revved Up

They made me rate before, but since I've been playing I'm changing to one star. You still have to pay to play. You have to have gems to get to the next level, which you don't have enough of so you can either buy more or do free downloads to earn more... BUT the free downloads don't work..so you end up having to buy them instead... Uninstalling...

It was fun before they added diamonds and coins to the game. I've always been a Snark Busters fan but if this is the direction they're going to take, then I will not purchase or play anymore of the games. I love Snark Busters 1 and 3, so why did they have to go and ruin the 2nd one? Makes no sense to me!

Game is good but its so hard to earn gems as it is. Ive done atleast 5 offers for free gems but have still recieved nothing. We need to go through alot of crap just to earn 1gem n not even recieve it. Take care of my gem prob and ill easily rate it 5 stars.

I would like to keep playing, but the buttons for buying gems are unresponsive and earning gems doesn't work. (I install and run a game, it disappears from the list, but I never receive anything in return.) I can't buy keys without gems, so I'm stuck in front of the second door.

I do like the actual game. it's fun, and challenging. BUT to continue to new levels, you need gems and coins which are really hard to get. You can replay a level several times but it still doesn't add up to be enough. You can play other games to get gems but it's just all way to much for a game. Not worth it, uninstalling. Ashame, it was a good game.

I was so excited to play this game. I used to have them all on my computer and they were some of my favorites. I attempted several of the offers for free gems. I never received any gems. It's been over a week. This is ridiculous. What a shame.

I'm so disappointed in this game. I own all three SnarkBuster games on my Mac via BigFish. I got the first SnarkBuster game on my Note 8 and played it, no problem. Then they decided to pay and play this second one. I cannot even get through the first door. I would rather have paid outright for the game than to have to deal with pay and play. I will be uninstalling this game.

Was enjoying the game until the third gate. Can only get more gems by buying or installing aps. Problem is I get no gems for the aps. There should be another way to earn gems. You can earn extra coins by repeating levels to find extra items. There should be a simpler way to earn gems. Seems the developer is not interested in players complaints as no reply have been given. Will now be unistalling.

Up to the point where I am being forced to download a completely new app just to get enough gems to go to the third level. The mermaid door. This is truly ridiculous. Extremely disappointed that I need to take up more space on my phone in order to progress in this game. I love the snark busters trilogy and i wish I could play the game without having to download a completely new, irrelevant app. That's low.

You can't progress or play this game without spending money. I liked it at first but now I'm stuck. The free gems option doesn't work at all. They aren't responsive to everyone else's complaints on here. It's repetitive over and over and no solution to the issue. I'm uninstalling. It was a waste of data.

I chose to "earn" gems and it says I completed the offer when I click on missing gems. And yet they aren't populating in my game. I don't want to pay to move on when I already did this. If you're not going to actually give me the free gems, don't offer it. Now I can't move on unless I pay and I don't want to spend the money.

I loved this game! However, after several emails and two Facebook messages over three weeks to correct a gems issue, I received to No response. I deleted the game because I could not move on without spending money because the gems I "earned" by downloading and playing other games were never awarded. Very Disappointed in the customer support.

I think everyone who is complaining about gems has the same issue I do. Seems like a glitch. I believe you are supposed to receive a statue in a world and go out the escape door with it to open the next door, but when I grab a statue I automatically get redirected to the menu of doors without my statue. Which forces you to buy a key to the door. I'm pretty sure this isn't what is supposed to happen. I also tried to earn gems and received nothing. Please fix immediately and my rating will change.

Very difficult at first. After learning the basic controls it was still occasionally highly difficult due to the pieces being so well blended into the surroundings. Regardless, still fun and worth trying out for yourself!

I liked the first game, because you could just buy it and actually get to play the game. But all progress in this sequel is gated behind earning gems, which I can apparently only do by installing shovelware on my phone. Terrible.

I truly enjoy playing this. Things are hidden well, it makes it challenging! The only thing I would like to see differently is the lag time. I have lost coins for help because I didn't realize that the game was lagging and so I pushed it again. Great game would recommend.

so good! I am not a pro at puzzle games like this one. From a newbies prospective I find it to be fun, challenging and progressive. At first it took me some time to fully grasp that you dont get everything u need right away, you do need to finish tasks, that seem untimed, to find and complete other tasks. Once I figured that out game play progressed more smoothly for me. I don't pay to play and find this game not forcing me to buy in order to move forward. Its also a fun story line.

I was earning gems by downloading an app and it didnt give them.(TWICE) Because there is nowhwere to report a problem itll go in a reveiw! I like the game, but i dont like having to play a world three times just to have enough coins to continue!

I downloaded 2 apps, followed the directions, and even the Missing Gems page says I earned 1 gem but I never got it. The other gem just keeps saying pending. Disappointed. I really liked this game. Also, it says I can get gems of I don't skip the mini game, but there isn't a mini game.

I installed and played a game I didn't want in order to earn some gems. Once I completed the required tasks I was surprised to find that I didn't get the gems. I wasted a lot of time and also never got a response to the email I sent to the devs. I really like the game but not receiving what I was supposed to and not getting a response is not cool. Wish I could rate higher but until I hear something about this issue 3 is the best I can do.

The game was good I liked it but I have since deleted it you can only reach level 2 before you have to spend real money to buy gems to progress in the game. So I would not bother with it. There earn gems feature doesn't work either I received no gems from completing the tasks.

Need gems to advance. Gems gained are not enough to advance. Free gem offers do not work. I tried several and partner claimed gems were earned and completed but game does not show them. Only other way to get gems is to buy them. Great game otherwise. I would have bought full version of this whole line had I not encountered this problem. I'm glad I didn't waste my money now.

I needed gems and it said I could watch a video and play the mini game and get one free gem... But I did it like ten times and got no gem... I need them to move to the next door but because of this I won't be playing anymore since it won't give me the gems it owes me

Makes you do that same stupid level multiple times to get all required goals. Requires you to make in app purchases in order to move forward. Doesn't reward you with in app prizes when participating in free offers for said purchases. No help option and doesn't respond to request through Google play. All in all, was fun but a load of crap.

There seems to be something wrong with the 5th door. The room where the reporter is surrounded by cockroaches. I can't continue bcoz the game suddenly restarts & goes back to the main menu when I try to remove the cockroaches. Pls check on this. Might be a big or something.

Good: puzzle machinics and story Bad: gems you NEED them to contine. Ugly: pay with money or A LOT of time, because earning gems doesn't work most time time. And it still has ads! I'm so discussed with the freeium that I hate an otherwise 4-5 star game.

It's fun until you have to pay for the keys to the other realms. For some reason the statue that is supposed to be used to open the door goes away and you have to pay more and more for the keys. Really liked this game but not gonna play it if it doesn't get fixed.

Great puzzles, game is done well, until you need gems to buy the keys. The only way to earn enough gems is by downloading other apps which I tried 3 times and wasn't awarded any so I'm deleting this game as I'm not buying gems.

The graphics are wonderful, the puzzles are complex and fun. But, after two days of enjoying the game, it has stopped working. It opens to the menu page, but doesn't allow me to play or start a new game. I will gladly give the game five stars when it allows me to play again. Hopefully they will have another bug fix update soon.

Needs to be more adaptive. I was trying to look in some places and look under others and was unable to until the game had said I should look there. . . Frustrating. OK now I've had enough, goodbye.

I have recently downloaded two different apps in an attempt to earn gems but I have not received any of the 8 total gems (4 per each game) I was supposed to. Will give 5 star rating when this is fixed. Edit: (04/06/16) I never received those 8 gems. I have since gotten a new phone and had to start all over again. I have run into the same problem again. Only this time I have been waiting for a month to receive 5 gems for downloading and playing Words with Friends. For these issues I've given a 2

Uninstalled and one star because I did the free gems and downloaded the game, got to level 5 and it says that I completed the task and have been rewarded yet several hours has went by and I still don't have my gems, I emailed them and they DONT return emails so seems like they don't care

Not finished yet. Graphics are a bit child like. Don't like when you complete the pieces of an object it shows you what to do. I rather prefer to use my brain! Hey ho it's free so mustn't moan!

Why not have one flat price for our games? I edited my 5 star rating to a 3. Love it. But so not going to keep paying so much for gems and stuff. Too many good games out there for a reasonable flat fee.

Nice game although it's hard to touch the pieces. But the worst thing is I can't go foward on the game because the earn gems option doesn't work. As a result I'm going to delete the game.
