I love this app dont get me wrong I love earning gear. But I think one thing should be fixed. The bonuses for like downloading a certain never of apps to get the bonus. I dint even have apps to download most of tbe time and I really would like to take advantage of the bonuses.

New update ruined the app. Moves slow. More difficult to earn points

For all you doubters out there I'm here to tell u what's up. I have in fact redeemed several items from this app...probably close to 350 dollars worth. It just takes a little time. So relax...play some games and let the points roll in.

When they haven't updated the app, I can earn points as much as I want to. But now, you can only earn 20k per day. I love the trivia though. I hope they don't limit the points.

I should've never updated it. It's wayy more complicated and takes a longer time to get points now. Not planning on using anymore after i get my reward.

Used to be my favorite app. Somewhere on there I have a $25 amazon gc but I can't get to it !! Very disappointed !!

Free stuff. So what if it takes till I'm 50 to get it. It's free

This app got so difficult to get points and it was fun... Now its just annoying .

This app was my favorite then when the update came along at the beginning of the new year it's hard to earn any points and kicks me out if I'm playing for five minutes before I could play 15 minutes 3 times a day and not worry about hitting the daily goal now I barely get 500 points a day not worth the time anymore

2/5...This app used to work prior to 2016. Now it's a complete waste of time!!! I've hardly used it since they've updated it. I haven't used it in a week and it tells me I can't get my points because it says I've already reached my daily limit. BS I have 38 points!! It's very difficult for me to get even 5,000 points a day now. Last year, I could easily have 20,000 a day! My husband stopped playing & I will to........ 2/10 The support FAQ feature hasn't worked for me since before the app was updated

New problems everyday with your new app. I have 4600 points today and all activities say I have reached my limit. Can't enter giveaway at 5000. Can't get point bonus for reaching 10,000. Can't earn rewards in time suggest . New rules 2000 limit for Reads, 2000 limit for fist bumps and high fives, 2000 limit for games. That is 6000 per day. No limit on trivia. Takes 3 days to get all points for downloads. New rules make it impossible to reach 10000 per day. NEW RULES ARE MISLEADING

It could be a good app, but there is a glitch. It tells me that I used some thumb up points today and I have not signed in since yesterday morning. It makes it very frustrating and difficult to reach any type of reward. The apps you can download do not redeem the points that they should, thus making it more frustrating than pleasurable.

This app is horrible since the new upgrade. All of a sudden my account is disabled and I can no longer use it. I have contacted customer support and they refuse to get back with me to fix the problem.

I was understanding that the app needed some updating. However I updated it, it kept crashing. I was 70% of the way to an item and it started saying I had reached max of daily points. It then forced me to do another update, and the item I was 70% towards is no longer available. Smh Now, I can barely earn the 5k to enter the daily give away. How can you claim one can earn some of these prizes in 5 days by hitting the daily goal of 10k when you cant get to 5k. A great app that has turned to very poor

Every time I update this app, it gets worse and worse. Opened it this morning and it's telling me that I've reached my point limit on trivia and reading articles, and I have 75 total points today. And support is still unavailable. Not worth the time.

Update: Its back to not working. No one likes a fickle app. Please fix. Update: App works, I'm happy.....Unusable after update. Nothing loads

Would rate 5 but alot of times i download a app it dosent give me the points and the last couple days it keeps telling me i reach my daily limited on points when i only b having like 3,000 points. Was better before

I been using this app for a while but since the update I can only get 5k points a day only download 3 app and is very hard to earn points and now way too many ads

App has to many glitches. Should of tested before putting it out. Not getting good reviews on this new app.

Ridiculous point cap you should let us earn what we want and now I have 120000 points and it won't let me cash out a $5 Gift Card it says I have to go for a bigger amount like the $25 card and no response from support! Terrible!!

Can I have an email to customer support? I can't get my bonus points, I can't pick low valued gift cards, no high value app downloads. Seriously not cool at all. Updates keep getting worse.

I am playing the game from the apps but it's not giving me the points

I downloaded an app worth 12250 points. I redeemed 2450 points from the download and first day use. When I went to redeem the second day use points the next day, I got a message saying I had already redeemed the points. I went back to try again later that day to find all the points from that app for the second and third days showed as having been redeemed even though I had not recived them. That's 9800 points gone! I tried the support tab in the menu but it does not work. 5 stars if you can fix this.

Apps that I am downloading aren't being credited and Support keeps giving me an OOPS so no way to contact them. I used to love this app and now im having 2nd thoughts.

Since update of the app it is WAY harder to receive points. Before update it would take me all day of liking posts, looking at links/ads &reading articles but by the end of the day I would have my 10,000 points (bonus @ 1000&5000 points helped). Since update I have only been able to get 5000 points 1 time & that is going in the apps all day but with so many low amount points. & that every single click brings up an add it takes forever. Since update I haven't seen any for higher than 58 in a single click.

110 this use to be my #1 app but know it's my #10. When ever I download a app and the next day I check and it says no app downloaded

Shouldn't release an update until the kinks are worked out. Also everytime I click I get the same 30 sec ad, at least change the ad. Boooo fail :(

Dont like at all. Way harder to get a good amount of points and half the time you click on something to get points you dont get them! Contacted support team and no help with what they came back with. Highly disappointed. Plus you cant see what your daily earnings are. I dont know if im even close to 5000 or 10000. Took me all day just to get to 5000 because it wasn't collecting points on things stared.

Cannot switch between teams or really even stay up to date with the team the app is for. It's just the same ad popping up over and over and them wanting you to "fist bump" it. If I were paying for advertising on this app, I would be livid after this gosh awful update. Save your time, phone memory, & battery and do not install.

Don't even bother to enter the Dailey chance to win thing anymore because I don't feel like being on the app for 6 hours just to get 5,000 points . Plus I don't feel like downloading every boring game to get any amount of real points. you guys sold out.

I had over 400,000 points and they all disappeared when I updated. Extremely frustrating. Months of earning all points all for nothing. I tried to email them and an automated email says to use the support feature in the app. However this support feature doesn't work so I am completly helpless.
