Seldom let a person win when they go all in...and lose money with a weak wifi signal. Needs improvement

Worst poker app out there- they steal your chips to force you to buy more, and no players on the site- just robots- don't load

Please make the wheel city work better. I like playing at Dubai or Tokyo for big stakes and spinning wheel but nobody is ever at the table. Please have the wheel hit bigger money. Not just 4k. Let me add my pic without using fb. Please give some kind of daily cash bonus.

Lots of bugs...someone goes all in and check, check, check. PLUS, they keep taking my money. This is getting ridiculous. Going to look for better Texas Hold-Um app. Fix your problems!

I came in third in cash and dash and for some reason rated me in 8th. Really upset it ripped me off. In earlier posts you have asked to be emailed, I have emailed you several times with no response.

I do not recommend this game, have had multiple problems within the game itself ! Really annoying installing and removing these poker games !!

Sucks i have a winning hand and it gives it to some one else of i have 3 of a kind and so does the other player and i lose .. Fix all your bugs than i will reinstall your game

Game worked great at first, then update ruined it. Emailed them and we talked several times, but still haven't fixed it. If you get lucky and find someone to play, it is only for 5 minutes. Then you sit at table, because there is only one table to play on. Shame, because it was fun, before that April update. Guess I have to uninstall.

Good game but when more than 1 person calls a "All In", someone has to bet before the next card is dealt or everyone has to go "All In"! Very frustrating!

You need to fix the issue with reconnecting because if you're in a tournament or playing a game and you already got money involved in a hand in it skips from Wi-Fi to regular data or data to Wi-Fi or just all the sudden just cuts out it loses the whole table and whatever money you had put in on the hand you lose automatically that's ridiculous

Installed app a few weeks ago;it was fun at first.I tried to play tournaments&the trouble began. I lost many times cuz I had no control over my betting. I'd have majority of $, other player had a few hundred. App decided when I would bet or folded on a winning hand, all without me touching anything. <--this is old. Latest glitch is awesome, especially during a tournamen&happens often, after bets,calls or checks but the card wont turn over til we bet lots more$ n PLEASE DONT END TOURNEY MID HUGE WINNING HAND

I played for a couple of months then I entered the $500,000 table. No one was there so I left but the money stayed. Same thing happened at the $100,000 table. I lost $600,000 and never played a hand.

Fun addicting, can play as guest or FB HOWEVER at times folds, or checks automatically even if you press the correct button and you lose your money and it's annoying....otherwise fun game

Just keeps taking my money when i try to find a table to play at and there isn't any in the room

I've been on this app pretty much since day 1, I have more chips than anyone else 39 million but I can't ever find a game to play. My biggest suggestion would be go back to giving players that are broke 10k in chips every 4 hours the way the app used to be. Maybe some new players will get a chance to get in on the fun. If you listen to these suggestions on here you will have more success

You call this a poker game what a joke....dont waste your time everyone you will lose with pocket kk or AA to a J7 and they get full house....happened so many times they just want you to buy chips. Try Pokerist way better..... You guys should be ashamed of the graphics too soooooo lame!!

Intervals in getting more chips is ridiculous, then you don't even get enough for anything but very low stake table. Obviously designed to make you buy chips. Not for me. Uninstalling.

But so far nice smooth easy running game.. This is probably the only poker app that does NOT give you any chips what so ever.. None.. Hourly.. Or even daily.. Never ever seen that before on any app..very strange.. But the game itself is good..DELETED.. No players.. No point.

I would rate it 5 but, when I go all in and other player calls with lower amount of money, he wins it all. I don't get back the amount the other player could not cover.

When I use the new version, all the problems have been resolved. I really love the new version because it runs more smoothly!!!
