If the bottom of the screen is blue, then blue squares will be destroyed. To destroy the red squares, you will need to touch the bottom of the screen and hold your finger there. In this way, you will be able to destroy the red squares. When you pull your finger the bottom of the screen will turn to blue and you will be able to destroy the blue squares again.
