almost 30k dp gone in instant 120 days plus log in straight no miss for extra dp.. now gone in the wind uninstall. all my effort is wasted saving all extra dp everyday for almost 3months i stayed at level 20 for 3 month planning to use the saved dp for training now's gone.. bye retimo.

I can't believe you fixed the dp issue or I was dumb not to notice you saved all my dp in the storage warehouse! Oh well as promised I put it back to 5 stars and yes guys this is A VERY GOOD GAME. Don't listen to the low star ratings coz they only complained bcs of their 'lost dp' when it isn't -_- They really give nice boosts and surprises everyday so you can easily rise to a good and strong player in few lvls. Not joking! It's the best game! They really know how to spoil their players bcs it's hard haha

I just daily opening this game swiftly just to get daily goods but after the last patch i noticed i lost lots of dp. From over 1k or 2k it went down to just 92. I don't know what happened please help.

Extra DP Key is stored in warehouse, just click the + key next to DP and you can withdraw stored DP key.

Fun game it's just really slow in advancing. You barely get any in-game diamonds so it takes forever for you to be able to summon, you need to use multiple people just to evolve them and your characters take forever to level up. Took me 3 days to level up a 3* to lv. 30 since I'm just a casual player.

I thought the game was screwed due to missing DP's, it just saved somewhere in the + icon, maybe it was designed that way to save space in the display board of the game. because of its compact layout. it's tiring somehow to get DP every once in a while in the savings section when you used up all that's displayed at the front.

I've been playing for a while now and I've loved every bit of it if u want ur best chances u gotta save them gems the only thing that makes me mad is a pvp when if I fight I fight someonr like lvl 3 or 16 and all my chars are lvl 30 and if I fight someone else I fight someone who has all lvl 40 you guys didn't lose ur keys its in the + area its just not showing up on there....all ur keys are saved press the + and u will see them

Frankenstein 2nd skill, immunity on + shared skill Copy On is not working well, please fix this... Copy On skill has no effect, make some changes ex. like my hero will be immune but the enemy will take the dmg in return... I hope u can do that little request... thank you!...

I saved up more than 18,000 keys. All of them are gone. I would like my keys back!

Great game, but lately it has been randomly logging me out in the middle of explorations, which is irritating because I lose my progress. I'm not sure why this happens, but I know it's not my connection. Also, I purchased something, and even though the charge was deducted from my google wallet, I did not get what I paid for. I contacted developers and they have yet to get back to me.

Great game I play it daily but this last update I lost all my keys!!!! I had 1986 and now after the update I have 96!!! Please fix!!!

Love the game but I evolved my story character and it changed to a new character I figured being a story character he stay the same no matter what darn my igorance

Thieving ripoff's

Been playing this game for months and never had this happen before. I tap to login, but it never loads, just forever stuck in the title screen. I don't wanna uninstall/reinstall the game at the risk/cost of losing all the DP, Jewel, and Heroes I've gotten after all this time playing.

Great game, played since June. Some bugs;fire ghost will sometimes not use its skills during pvp after cooldown is reset, even while no other heroes uses a skill for at least 5 seconds. Also, it will sometimes ignore that I preset its skill and use another one, or another hero will use a skill. Don't know if its a hero bug, slot placement bug, etc. Dark Lord castle timer gets reset if you login before 40 minutes is up. Def/atk placement gets shifted randomly before I do bunnies/story, 100% it's not me.

Just pumped material hero to lvl 20, pumped material skill to +20 and once sharing skills... Client lost variable value of skill lvl(may be fixed by leveling up again, probably synchronizing) and shared skill at base lvl, i e +0. Sad, just wasted time. Overall impression is lovely. Fun storyline. Maid is amazing. I'd be happy to play some platformer with these heroes, since game lack interactivity a bit.

The game was amazing and I loved it. The gameplay was not at all that hard. Tons of cute and adorable heroes to collect. You also don't need gems to summon a high grade hero.And the storyline is good and quite funny, even the intro from starting the game was hilarious (seriously, the Dark Lord died cuz' he choked while he's eating his chips) Needs Wi-fi to play it though but.....nah I'm okay with it. Anyways good job Eyedentity Mobile, keep it up.

It's been 6 months since I started playing this game and there isn't one day I haven't logged in. Story is quite funny but then you become a bit obsessive with levelling up and getting 5 or 6 stars characters. Prices of packages are high but there's no need to spend money if you don't want to. PvP won't let you control skills, so that's a bit frustrating. But all in all, great game!

Addicting! So much to do, there's always something to work on. No crashing for me (Galaxy S5). Items are easily attainable. No need to spend cash but I do sometimes just because it's so much fun.

I'm impressed this game isn't really too greedy with money. And I'm weak with "cute" RPGs as well. It's sad that I can't rename the characters though but that I ain't too important.

"Free 50.000 gold and 30 jewels in your mail" but still empty everytime.

It won't even let me tap anything. Nothing works. STILL! I'm un-installing, don't care about losing all my Heros, I'm not going through this crap! >:(
