Hi, 2nd time you reset all accounts after an update. You can't get 0 stars. This games suck. No solution to get our accounts back. Your link do not give the solution how to recup my account:# harsiesis world2#. Also you have a link just after connexion to enter serial number you give. The answer is you cannot use this serial. So you find the solution to give back the account. Or you just like take money, then destroy the account. Already lost my first account GoD_Horus the first time. And can't recup all my characters.

Come on Davinci Games! Get it together!! Every update has been a headache for the majority of your players. Incorrect account ID/ being asked for a serial ID again (which doesn't work btw because we've already used it). You say you fixed a bug but have created a couple more…. Smh. Do better.

Got stuck in Download (3/22). It says that I need a stable wifi connection...something like that. Wth?! My net is 5mbps downloading speed and im home alone.

The game is absolutely amazing. But the thing regarding the bug and sudden hang up of the game always happen. I love the game and I appreciate your efforts too in working up with this game. So please fix it.

Game is good... minus THE ACCOUNT WIPE I screenshotted my ID key, never used before. Doesnt work. Atleaat one year of work gone. Really?

Update 7/27/17. Data download at 3/22 have a problem same from the last update kips saying "pls reconnect w/ stable connection" pls fix asap ty.

I took a break from this game about three to four months ago to do other things and so almost about a month ago i sent two, Not one but Two emails to the email that they say is their support email. Seems like they read the emails, Both of them yet did not reply. Ive spent money on the game and enjoyed it a great amount but when i logged on about a month ago all of my data was gone, My level and everything else. It was attached to my Google play acount so i cant see how this could have happened. Please fix.

The game is good at all. But it doesnt work properly. It crashes once in a while.

I'm so looking forward to play this game but the download from the start can't even complete. It says "check for stable wifi network" or something like that but my wifi's pretty fast and I've been repeating the download and it's annoying me.

It got stuck 9/22 and does not go on from there no matter how many times I restart it please fix it...
