VR Party Game (Cardboard) for Android
The issue I am having is camera quality. I have a great camera, and using stuff like the Cardboard camera looks great. But the quality and framerate is low on this.
After showing the VR Play Game splash logo, I only see pink screen, even after installing the June 9 v1.1 update..
still showing pink in my samsung galaxy s4
So funny see my friend trying this on!! :D
This app does not deliver what it tells you. Same problems that the other reviews including the poor camera quality and bad framerate
Really greate application. I really enjoy experiences, especially delayed one, that is the best one.

Really cool doing and the delay view was acceptable after getting some used to it. The mirror and flipped was really hard to use. I sucked that I had to purchase one of the only three options in the app.

On the Nexus 6P frame rates are really low. Delay may work fine, but mirror mode is also delayed. Phone seems to have a hard time processing the video information in real time. Would be a mich nicer experience if it was smooth. Auto exposure is wired as well. And of cause, video is not 3D (since the phone has no 3D camera) which downgrades the entire experience. :-/
Do not buy. Very early prototype, most probably built in 10 minutes to make quick cash. In Nexus 5X camera view is around 3 FPS, which would make you motion sick and dizzy even with out the games. FPS should be more than 30 to avoid motion sickness. Without delay game there is a camera delay around half a second, which is also unacceptable. Delay should be around milliseconds. In Nexus 5X, all camera views are upside down, most probably the never tested in more than one phone. Upsidedown game is 1$ extra.
All videos are upside down. Not worth downloading even for free until this is fixed, let alone for 99c.
Bought this a few days ago and bought my cardboards this weekend. So here is my review. My guests at our party, who never have seen or tried any VR before, did really like this as a party trick comparing to other VR-apps. The app is easy to use, menu looks nice and the frame rate is good consider it is a camera pass through. The price is cheap consider the fun and excitement this provide for both the me and friends at the same time.
Whatever mode you are using, everything is upside down.
App claims to have 3 modes and is a paid app. Upon buying and running the app you find out there are only 2 modes and the 3rd costs another 99 cents.
It's $1 for the app, already a steep price, but then another $1 for the upside down view? Please.
Why are people complaining about the price?? Stupid poor kids who demands everything for free nowadays. I'd easy pay 10$ for apps like this that makes me ROFL.

This is game is hilarious. Nice work devs! Would be even more wonderful if the resolution and frame rate weren't crappy but still a great party trick.
