Eat and Run

Sam,a turtle want to run but he can't. So, Prof. Rubby, a rabbit give a potion to Sam. With potion, Sam can run if he eat. But Sam can't stop run and if he eat, the speed increase. He must eat all food to can go to next stage. Prof.Rubby only can give a pil to decrease speed.
What happen next? and Why Sam want to run?
