You won't follow through on promise of Double wins 7/26/17 we did our part, we shared and liked the post, had decent wins, but still no reply other than you won't go in and give the promised credits! If you don't want to make it right then don't promise it in the first place, my husband and myself neither one received the credits due. Others are also stating the same. The games are too tight. There's no fun in constantly loosing. It used to be a fun site.

I have to say i do indeed like the slots but my issue is with the so called customer support. I am at level 2000 (the highest level) after i installed the update, I'm not a VIP anymore and don't have access to any of the silver and up games which I had before the update. I contacted the NO customer support by email to inform them of this issue and the response was we're sorry but we show you at level 4 something...have a good day and enjoy the slots...WOW!! I offered to send a screenshot of the game showing my level 2000 but no response, i guess that little $19.95 or whatever it is for VIP access is really going to break their bank account.

I like this game. If you hit it the right time of day, you can build up a lot of points. Then, there are times when you lose all of your points right away. New games have been added and I love the progressive jackpot games. Still one of my favorite games. There are a lot more new games now and I love the fact that Viva keeps things interesting by always adding new games to play.

I have one complaint I don't have 24hr internet so I can't interact as much as I like. Your game stopped playing offline for a couple of weeks. I lost all my bonus coins. I am up and running but lost all those days. Other than that everything's cool! Thanks

I would like to say I really enjoy your games. The Rosket Speed games do though, break up when you are free spinning and get a good return, and also if you win a mega pot. It freezes up and then you get it back you have start it all over again.

Very fun! I'd gave it a 5th star but if my streak would stay for the 24 hours from the last time you played, not just switch at midnight it would be so much better

I love the casino game, but the winnings isn't so great. I just can't build up credits. I cant't play as often ad I like because of the poor winnings.

Not a good substute for your previous slot game. Still so sad n disappointed for the loss. Uninstalling. Not what I am looking for. Millions of casinos just like this. Sad

Fun slots and an enjoyable way to pass the time. Only down fall is that it is a little hard to win enough to play for any length of time unless you intend to spend real money to buy fake money to gamble with lol.

Its an okay game. Now I know why they give credits out more often than the other casino's. You lose them fast. And what they want you to pay for credits is a joke. I would never buy credits from this casino. It cost's an arm and a leg. Who set's these prices? They need too be terminated...but, they do have nice graphics.
