It's a race against the clock as you try and score as many points as possible before time runs out. Play well enough though and you can extend your available time by picking up a time bonus.

Adjust your trajectory by timing your swipe as the bottle rotates. A longer swipe creates a more powerful throw, allowing the bottle to travel further.
