Hwarang & Kumiho Gamebook RPG

Cool UI, but awful story lines. Seen better out there, many. [Edit]: Stop showing unavailable options. Replays ain't worth it if you know instantly what will work best based on the options. And add more possible routes, and even dead ends. If a story is a maze, make those dead ends so people do think through their options. And allows different branch of gameplay to proper endings. I hate how collecting "mind", aka the hints are pretty a linear progress. That's it for now.

Could be a good gamebook but the writing has far too many grammar mistakes to be a good read. If it were proofread and edited I would try it again since the story seems interesting as well as gameplay.

Great and addictive interactive adventure gamebook. The replay value is more than decent, the art is fantastic, the look and feel of the app is amazing and the story is enthralling!

The story that is there is decent, one of the better game books, but the story is incredibly short, and there's multiple grammar mistakes along the way. Not to mention, anyone with a brain can figure out the twist ending if you just read the title/description.

I liked the Korean folklore in it but the gameplay definitely needed more polishing. Other than that, this game is great for what it is!

It's an interesting plot but the English needs more editing to sound smoother. Quite a short story though.

Hwarang & Kumiho is epic! Seems odd to describe a gamebook in this way but the great story combined with Korean music in the background and the application's interface makes it a wicked gamebook to read. 'Hwarang & Kumiho' - the game sure didn't have me immediately by the name as I was slightly sceptical with it being based on Korean culture, supposedly, which is something I'm not familiar with. Turned out it really was worth it. Surprisingly, may be called one of the best gamebooks I've read this year.

It's REALLY fun and don't get me wrong but it was definitely too short in my opinion. The replay value seemed meaningless to me though, maybe if there was another chapter?

I have always been a fan of reading and adventure gaming. This is an excellent example of how both can work together. It is fun to play and read and I even learned a couple of new words in English ! 5 stars !

I spent very pleasant few hours in reading and playing this game. It was unexpectedly exciting!

As a fan, writer, editor and publisher of gamebooks I've read a lot, but this one seems to be the best out there - very polished app! Only the translation could be improved on few places, but it is a minor problem. A+
