Not sure lvl 11 is possible? Edit: Solved lvl 11. What the game doesn't make clear is the fact that when you're required to "use" the empty squares, you actually only need to clear them. So you can make a half path, clear one, then clear the other to complete. You don't need to use them all at the same time in the same path.
