Mars Lander TD

I frickin' love this game man, we just need more updates! I'd like to see some new landers and enemy types to counter them!

I really enjoyed Lunar Lander in the 80's. And I enjoy a good tower defense game when I have time. This version brings both together beautifully. I delight in the simplistic color scheme and am impressed with the physics engine and game play. Nice Work! (please make more levels!)

This is the slowest tower defense I've ever played. It is in DESPERATE need of a fast forward button like most other tower defense games. If it had a fast forward button I'd rate 5 stars.

This is just great, one of the best games on android so far. I only wish there were more levels.

The author added a few more levels recently giving it the extra content it needed. What makes this particularly endearing is that it seems to be one person's pet programming project. For a game of this quality that's a brilliant achievement.

This is a great game! However, I have noticed that when you buy a type of tower, it sets the names of all the other landers to that title. Also: on the 4th level, if you use turrets for fighting the first wave, they only need to hit about 4 or 5 times b4 the ships are destroyed. PLEASE let the game have the option of letting you pick which targets your lander fires at!

Good, but only worth all 5 stars if can save progress during a wave...

The physics of getting the landers to the ground is exciting! I like the retro look!

Game play is great and quite addictive. Sure there AI makes bad choices at times but that fine. The biggest problem is the lack of a save option. Some of the later levels take a while and without being able to save, it ruins the short term playability of the game. Another enhancement is found in the demo - you can jump between tower upgrade options without having to 'exit' back to the game between each tower. Go on, add the option to save game. Make this a 5 start game.

One type of enemy will drop shrapnel or something like that.... who's to know exactly what it is. Anyway if you've equipped the missle weapon it will too often target shrapnel that is no threat to your base or weapons. Making it useless and vulnerable during the attack. I lost one of these weapons recently because it attacked crap on the ground rather than the enemy attacking it.

This is a good game, carefully crafted, neat and graphically pleasing. The main issues are: Very slow window scrolling, slow game speed and above than inability to save the game in the middle of the battle (any incoming call or desktop activity resets your progress). 1. Improve scrolling navigation, it is too slow. 2. Make an option to increase game speed at least x2 times. 3. It would be nice if the stars were blinking actually :)

Just fantastic sounds and graphics. Normally fast forward the battle on a defence game but fun watching the missiles. Nearly 2 years later and this gem is still my favourite Andriod game. You can adjust the text size if playing on a tablet. LG G Pad 8.3

This is a great little game! - By having to 'fly' your towers into position, a new level of strategy is put into play. For the price, I spent a lot of hours playing and definitely recommend this game. Worked great on my 2nd Gen Nexus 7.

This game will surely gain popularity and become a classic. The only thing needed is more levels and longer battles. It shines!!

I love the lander style gameplay. Please add a slider button ,for zooming, on the side or hidden until you touch the screen. Having swipe up and down to zoom makes it hard to scroll the screen on the bigger maps. I keep zooming instead of scrolling. Otherwise great game!

As it only has 6 levels I finished it in my first sitting. Enjoyable while it lasts though. Edit: The author added 3 extra levels! Good man! 5*

If level 2 crashes restart your phone/tablet/etc. other than that its a great TD with a mix EDIT:well nvm the game crashes every time guessing that's just because of my low battery?

Great update less lag.

I waited for the lag to be fixed before reviewing so I could give full marks. Best value game I've got on my tablet. Stylish graphics and smooth gameplay. Extremely addictive and ridiculously challenging. Would love to see some feature expansions like power ups, repairing, or the ability to select specific targets for the landers to attack.

Fun at start, but after a couple of levels it lags really bad, to the point you can no longer drop turrets. If it had a little time in between waves or program optimized it would be better. And zoom buttons would help, when it lags I can't zoom or move screen. Fix these issues and I'll improve my review to what it should get, but right now its unplayable after 3rd level. Demo never lagged at all. Glad I only spent 99 cents.

This game is hands down fun. Its a lander game and tower defense in one, great idea that was! The graphics look crisp and minimal, the minimalism gives it an arcade feel. I love this game, wasted much time playing. Stuck on 2nd to last level, running a samsung galaxy s3 tab it runs smooth until too many objects are on the map. Being late in the game, I face crippling lag that makes gameplay unacceptable. Please fix and make an expansion already!

Love this game but when the super sheilded rectangles abd some others come (wave12 on 'mothership') i get do much lag i couldnt do hardly anything?? My mob is samsung glaxy s3 and has run all other game apps without this lag? Ill put to 5 stars when the lag is fixed (unless its my phone but as i say other game apps work fine. Additional: if u click a turret as it blown up, the game freezes completely. This might ve fixed by a 'close' button when u're in the upgrade screen maybe?

Nice work , could use a little help when multiple enemies are on screen and between rounds it lags alot other than that i like it.Oh and the level that lags is usually mothership around lvl 3 and up My phone boost force 4g.
