You just hold up a magnifying glass and hold it up at things only the sticks actually burn.

The movement of the magnifying glass isnt very precise, as it just hops across the city. Also... the city sucks. It is too far away to see anything on it very well. Im not sure how you are supposed to be able to hit the cars and the weird blurry blobs, which i presume are people, when the movement and aim of the glass is so terrible. PEACE OUT!!!!
