Un nuevo satélite ha sido descubierto y cada planeta ha sido invitado a enviar su mejor piloto para competir por él, pues quien gane la competencia llevará dicho trofeo repleto de recursos a explotar a su gente.
Así inicia esta travesía donde competirás en 13 diferentes pistas, algunas de ellas transcurrirán durante el dia y otras en la noche, algunas sobre tierra y otras sobre hielo e incluso bajo tormenta.
