Fran Bow Chapter 1

I've been a fan of this game since it came out. I bought it on Steam, but I recently switched operating systems and was estatic to find it here. It's one of those games that you need to play a couple of times to find all the fun interactions, then come back to every couple of years to jog your memory on some of the details. The game play for Android doesn't have any issues and it's even a little better on some of the mini games.

If you've never played this, play it. You won't regret it. It's such an amazing story and puzzle game. I've played it on Steam multiple times. The journey you embark on with Fran is dark and you'll find it hard to stop playing. I mostly bought it on Android to support the developers... i will forever be hoping for more ♡

I fell in love with this game after playing the demo. I usually don't spend money on games through Google play, but I couldn't resist. I love the graphics, and the story is intriguing, dark, and playful (such as a young girl would be). I can't wait to play the other chapters, and I hope to see more games from this developer.

It was the perfect game for boring times and wanting a good puzzle! I liked the graphics. The characters are so unique. If any one thought of getting this game, you should totally get it! And if you didn't like it that's OK...

I like the game, however the first chapter was so short, and in my opinion, overpriced when you get so little of a game with such a cool concept like this. I wish it was available to buy as one app. I'm probably not going to buy the other chapters (I'm not spending a total of $9.80 on, technically, one game).

If u played the demo don't bother buying the first chapter like I did, ur better off with the 2nd part. Its the same stuff pretty much...

Super artsy! It's really surprisingly deep and makes you think, the way Fran reacts to things so innocently is super creeoy. 10/10!

Great game. I don't know what to say besides awesome. What I love the most about this game is how they portray the dark sides of human and mental issues. And the thoughts... God, everything in this game is so deep.

i watched Markiplier play this and this game touched my heart this game is worth the pay cause it changes your whole life into playing it =) <3

I hardly ever pay for games, especially puzzle games with little replay value. It was great to be able to play a demo before deciding to buy (especially since the whole series adds up to $10), but I was really disappointed that most of the puzzles in Ch 1 are exactly the same as the demo. Not just same mechanics - exactly the same clues, answers, and objects located in the same places. Made Ch 1 incredibly boring after playing the demo. Ch 2 looks really good so far, though!

The demo version worked, I bought 1 and 2 and downloaded them on 3 different devices and all 3 wouldnt take me past the opening scene. :( the demo was great and loved the art and animation but I just spent 6 bucks on a game that I can't even get into.....

But this one is totally worth it! I am on the second chapter now and still obsessed. I never know what's going to happen next. The only thing is that the dialogues sometimes are a little boring and take too long to get the information I need. Overall though awesome game :)

It's disturbing, dark, and brilliant in its design. The interaction and dialogue keep you hooked and some of the puzzles are difficult enough to not insult your intelligence. I'll purchase every chapter just to see where it ends. This game is best played in the dark with headphones on.

Downloaded demo & immediately purchased Chapter 1. Don't usually buy game apps but am glad I got this - the creepy atmosphere, great animation, dynamite graphics & titillating puzzles are top notch; loads of fun. Will definitely buy more chapters! Quick question: am a bit stuck atm - is there any place one can find tips, help or hints - hate to keep starting over! Thanks for a wonderfully imaginative app with a captivating heroine & story line! :)

Loved Fran Bow, powerful story love the atmosphere and interesting characters i give the game 10/10. You can tell so much work have been put into this game. Very interesting and sad in the children's asylum with the tramatic experiences of the other children you talk to as Fran.

Reminiscent of American McGee's Alice. Young girl, questions of delusion or reality, dark humor, and horror. Decent puzzles but fear factor will vary from person to person. For a mobile game no more should be expected. The game ran perfectly not a single error encountered beginning to end.

My favorite game on Google play and the only one I've ever bothered reviewing. Awesome interactive horror story, drawing style a little like Tim Burton. wonderful music and drawings. Fully obsessed. Only wish I hadn't finished the game so fast so I could still be in Itward's world <3

This game is great! It's super scary at some parts and ultra violent so I wouldn't recommend it for the young or the faint of heart. I found some of the puzzles to be a bit tricky but overall I have no real complaints. You'll regret missing this one!

Played demo. Loved it. Bought game. Cannot get beyond picking up mom's purse in the beginning and as soon as the nurse says, I see, the game crashes every time. I have TRIED TO PLAY AT LEAST 20 TIMES. I unintstalled, reinstalled-same problem. Since I just bought, I don't want a refund. I want to play. Hope you fix so I can play THIS GAME and chapter 2. It doesn't work in chapters either! Just a way for you to make more $$. How about make it work?? I see I'm not the only one. This SUCKS!! NOT PHONE ISSUE!

I've been following this game since I first noticed it on steam greenlight, but shortly before it came out, I lost access to any PCs. When I noticed it on the app store I was ecstatic, and I am extremely pleased that it runs well too. Thank you, Killmonday, for allowing me to experience this dark twisted adventure. It will stick with me always... that may not actually be a good thing. Hehehehe.

Buy it, I didn't think I liked point and click but this game has changed my mind. Never boring and beautiful artwork. Had me hooked from the intro.

I love a good twisted game. It's hard to find horror like games where you can tell a lot of time and thought was put into making it. This deserves all my stars! Take em!

As of June 2016 you will not find a better game on play store. Please please devs, the world NEEDS you to make more like this because even 5 chapters is nowhere near enough. It will never be enough. I've started chapter1 again instead of finishing chapter5 because I don't want it to end. I know there's NOTHING I can play after Fran Bow that won't be cheap & pathetic by comparison

I downloaded the demo version a but back and finished it. Much to my dismay, it ended quite abruptly. I went in a frantic search to find it on indiegogo to see if it still needs funding and couldnt find it anywhere. Searched it here and saw there are not just 1 but 5 chapters available! This game is pure art, plus, it never gets boring. Well damn done to the creators

Was looking forward to playing this after playing the demo, unfortunately it crashed continually on start up and I never got to play it. I uninstalled it on my android tablet and then redownloaded it and still had the same problem. I have now downloaded it on to my phone and I can play. Yey! Hope you sort the issue with it crashing on tablets soon though

A straight forward point and click adventure game with a nonsense story the developers never really tie up or explain to any extent. After episode 1, I just watched a full let's play on YouTube. Save your money, it isn't worth it.

The best mind creep amusing messed up game you will ever play thus deserve 5 stars hands down you will be addicted and never want the game to end Fran Bow is worth the money!

Since finding this game, I search endlessly to find another like it to no avail. This is the best game I have played in years. I just wish there were more chapters. Or at least another similar game. There's nothing quite like it. The graphics make the gore just the right amount of intensity. And the story line is captivating. Chapter 3 however went a bit far on the dialog. But overall, absolutely 5 stars. A big thanks to the developers. :)

Have been waiting to play this since playing the demo. $2 a chapter may be a little steep, considering the chapters (so far, after playing 1 and 2) aren't very long. Still...it's such a darkly fun game!

Fran Bow is so addictive. I am obsessed :) downloaded and played all chapters available last summer. About to start from chapter one again.

It's dark and twisted, and yet Fran still has some of the ideas of a little girl. I love it, and the art is great to. Definitely worth the money!

I've never felt more immersed and intrigued with a game in everyway before. I played and beat it on steam and now I'm trying the app version. The 2 creators deserve as much support as I can give.

I loved the horror and thrill to this first chapter. Anlot of people said the puzzles didn't change much from the demo. I have to politely disagree. Its been a while since I played the demo but this was very different and amazing. Excellent story.

Great game!!! But such short levels for 3 bucks a shot. Not sure it's worth it. I can buy a whole story game for 5-7. I won't continue to buy for so little .

Also don't skip chapter 1 thinking you already played it in the demo version. That was more like a teaser to the real game

I been playing this game for a bit,it's an awesome game. I didn't really know what to except as a horror game being in 2d but it's an awesome game.Creepy and dark and the story line is great....

Haven't played it? Then what are you waiting for? Game's everything I expected & more.

This was a good app and had an awesome story line with just the right amount of fear. Definitely worth the money.
