ANT-NAM

INSTRUCTIONS for CONTROLS and STRATEGY can be found below this PROLOGUE.


PROLOGUE:

Whilst working at Marvellous Labs Inc, Dr Anthony Nam decided he'd had enough of working on a cure for cancer - there was simply too many people doing the same thing, and how would he ever get a Nobel Prize? Or become rich?

He decided he needed to do something different with his life....

So he did what any truly ambitious scientist would do. He remembered reading some comics from his young days in which genius (crazy) scientists would invent new ways of improving the human race but accidentally end up giving themselves super powers. This was always just as well because, unbeknownst to them, an equally genius (crazy) villain was, at that very moment, inventing a way to destroy the world. So the two would cancel out...well, almost cancel out, because just like matter and antimatter at the Big Bang, the good was always just a tiny bit greater than the bad, so the hero scientist would win...but just about.

Anyway, we digress. Dr Nam decided that strapping himself to a chair and firing gamma rays at his brain while concentrating on flying and being invisible, would be a great place to start. Unfortunately for him, just as the gamma ray emitter burst into glorious green photonic glory, a tiny flying ant flew in through the air vent, knocking over a precariously placed green lantern on a nearby shelf. This caught Dr Nam's eye and his mind drifted to how cool the tiny, red creature looked as it flew through the gamma ray beam and how he could almost hear its teeny weeny screams as it was disassembled into its component DNA which was then entering his brain, carried like a train of M&Ms on the gamma ray track.

The next thing Anthony (Ant) knew he was dreaming of being an ant-man, flying about the room using nothing but a jetpack which would instantaneously materialise from magic green thought-matter materialisation powers.

But wait....was this a dream, or was it actually happening? He just didn't know anymore. Thankfully he discovered he could grow back to normal size and even to Giant-man size too, which was just as well as strange creatures were now attacking him. All he could do is RUN....endlessly RUN...........




INSTRUCTIONS / CONTROLS:

SIZE CHANGE: Touch the LEFT side of the screen (Top/Middle/Bottom)
ACTION: Touch the RIGHT side of the screen

That's it!
Run endlessly, collect magical gems and avoid enemies and obstacles.
Partake in Ant-Nam's strange dream...or is it reality?? No-one really knows......

STRATEGY:

None really, just see how far you can get. But consider:

Giant Ant-Nam materialises shockwave blasts that destroy all enemies in his path. However, these run out and are replenished by collecting magical gems. The problem is Giant Ant-Nam is too big to grab little gems so you gotta reduce to normal size or ant-size to collect gems.

Normal size Ant-Nam materialises a shield when he's jumping.

Ant-size Ant-Nam can fly with his jetpack.
