Mother Earth for Android
You work to build the world and when you make fire for the people it shows cities being built and toxic waste piling up, ship wrecks and oil rigs and war and then it all ends and it shows how we are all destroying the world as we know it
This is amazing! You put effort into it and then when the humans come along, they destroy everything you made. Just like what we're doing right now. God put so much effort into making our world, to make it beautiful and here we are, destroying it, to make him have to start all over again.
It's a short interactive story. Doesn't really teach you anything except that humans are parasites. It starts off kinda cool, something for kids to do sorta sciency and then it ends ubruptly with little purpose or meaning.
It's quite nice but really short, even shorter than the advertised 10 minutes. It's not challenging at all, which I would expect from something advertised as a puzzle game. It's just a short interactive story of a few key elements in the evolution of our planet, and a doomsday prediction. Don't advertise it as a game, because it just isn't.
Waisted 33 mb of data. It's a great concept but I would suggest drawing it out and have the player build the planet to the point of destruction of salvation whichever it may be. But as is the game is extremely lacking. I'm not even sure if "game" is correct terminology here.
Okay that was really short, it took me 5 minutes, but I like it. It's a simplified version of the leading steps towards the stone age, after that it just escalates quickly into today and the ending made me tear up. I t really throws a perspective on how self-destructive humans are. I love the message that they're trying to send through the game.
Read this before playing. This is not a game, and I knew that, however it's not a puzzle either. What happens is you go from the formation of the moon to humans blowing up the planet -_- it's just another core message stupidity trying to say that all humans are bad and are going to end the world. Not a second ending if you play it again, and for a kids "puzzle" game, having the world blow up after doing everything right is sending the wrong message. At least leave room for alternate outcomes. I appreciate the graphics and it's controls were OK. However I didn't agree with the message they were trying to send.
I loved it. The artwork is amazing and it's very blunt. I wish there was more game play though. Maybe a way to stop the people. Or a way to help the earth when the industries pop up. Maybe after the first time or two. So you can learn from your mistakes
I think I ended the world much faster than mother nature could've done it herself. It is cute and gets really interesting when you get too in-depth about the scientific... you know: everything behind what you're doing in the game. If I were to show this game to my friends we could have plenty of good conversations about our 'little earth', and the things that we are doing with it to make other things happen. This is a game for a conversation starter, an interesting experience, and a destructive ending that has a little dark humor to it.
Such an thought ful game.. after playing this you can understand many things in your life.. this is wht has happen and wht will HAPPEN.. the gAme made me feel soo good thAt I was soo hAppy at the end of the day <3
It's pointless. All you do is spin and spin the globe which just makes you dizzy. You have to make it rain with the clouds while putting stupid stars in their correct places. It ends with you giving cavemen fire and then civilizations speed up and it shows the end of the world. The entire game is 10 minutes long. DO NOT GET!
Got stuck after you set off volcanos. The only hint it gives you are two blue blinky dots on earth. Nothing else. Nothing I tapped was reaponsive. All I could do was spin earth. 1/5 stars.
Very pretty, short. Maybe make it slightly longer? The sounds are amazing too. And people who say its not a game dont understand what "game" means. This IS a game, so just ignore their comments. Hope you make more like this!
Apparantly im the only idiot that cant figure it out. Popped a couple volcanos and then the hint option showed some blue dots that did nothing when clicked n some clouds that dont do anything... definitely a short game and lifespan on my phone
This little story is so cute but the ending punched me in the face, it was so good. Though to be fair I tried to electrocute my animals several times just because I am an evil god. Wonderful and thought provoking.
When my phone broke, I was unable to access the top of it, thereby limiting which games I play. I thought, since this game playes on landscape, then it should be able to rotate, right? Nope. No rotation.
Ending actually made me feel kind of ill, quite the eye opener. I played it again after beating it to see if I could make the world a better place but it seems that we are hopeless. :(
It's a really good game with a cool story. It is really short, but that's a pro for me because I don't like having to invest countless hours into apps. It makes you think. The graphics are really cute and the game mode makes you think a bit without holding you back from progress. It does not have any capacities that make it re playable, but that's okay, it's just one self contained story. I love it <3
Didn't know what to expect of this game. It took less time to finish than to finish my morning poop and made it much more enjoyable. If I could convince of certain world order leaders having the necessary attention span to understand the mechanics or moral behind this game, I'd tweet it to all; from Hollande to Merkel to Trump to Clinton to Piñera to Mújica to Maduro to pin to Kim to Duterte to the llama to the pope. They all could probably grasp of how entropy can occur out of a small spark of random natural order.
Well... I am at a loss for words. Saying "it is an cool game with a cute story" is an understatement, it is an amazing game the deserves a five star review, normally I see a good game and give it five stars and say "good game" or "good graphics". But I think this game deserves more if you are pondering downloading this game and your thinkin no. Give it a try I won't spoil this game, I won't lie, though it took me 10 minutes to get through it, but it is worth downloading.
It said you'd be done in 10 minutes but I don't even know if it took me that long. The ending is great, I just wish the game were longer. Hopefully the developers have plans for a much more involved version of the game because the game looks great and the idea was great, it's just too short.
But it's an amazing stimulation. It is extremely accurate to how the world was, is now and how it may or may not end up if the human race continues to destroy this beautiful planet. I'm an atheist. And no I don't believe in the so called 'big bang theory' either. However we and the earth was created was an important part of evolution. Just accept that everyone has a different view of that and love and be loved. Live and let live. Don't destroy what what's already on the brink of destruction.
Two stars and a wish. I loved how much it got you to make the world, the moon and the constellations, it really brought more of the "Pow!" when the humans destroyed the world. I also love how it isn't like, an hour long. It gets straight to the point, allowing it to be there for people with shorter attention spans. One wish is that it made the movie, more... interactive? It was great with the before hand playable, but at least give something, like allowing the player to try and stop the humans. You could add rain, when they burn for rests down. You could even add hunting, and the player kind of alerts the animal. You could allow the player to make acid rain clouds with the polluted water. Overall, great game, and keep up the good work!
You work to build the world and when you make fire for the people it shows cities being built and toxic waste piling up, ship wrecks and oil rigs and war and then it all ends and it shows how we are all destroying the world as we know it
I got to the part where humans showed up and you have to start a fire. So I do and then the game entirely screws up the game. I'm getting kicked out of it. And it never said "this game has crashed" then the two options appear and and it says report or like cancel or something like that. But it never shows up. Either way this 'game' absolutely sucks. Fix it get rid of the game.
One thing out the way: There is no game here. No thinking, skill or aptitude required. Here is the core mechanic "See this new thing poppin up? Click on it. Rinse. Repeat." The message is profound, even thought provoking but this in essence a flash video that refuses to play unless you pay attention to it.
We are the cause of the earth's destruction. We need to look how much we influence the world around us. It took billions of years to create the world and just a few millions to destroy it. We must love it and take care of it. You'r message is so clear! A unique ideea is perfect.
Games offer you a chance to win or lose. This is propaganda loosely masked as a game. This crap shouldn't even be free. The people who put time and effort into this game should be ashamed of themselves. Seriously, if you want to be a self loathing hippy I'm cool with that but just like I tell the bible thumping non Christians. Keep it to yourselves.
I've never seen a game quite like this. BTW I saw a negative review because someone was stuck at the people. Just tap the cloud a few times to get lightning. And for the religious fanatics, shut up. It's a game calm down about it featuring the Big Bang.
I didn't expect, but at the same time yes, the humanity's part, and let me tell you, it makes you think really REALLY about the condition our planet, our only planet, and our only home, is suffering because of us; P.s: try to play it with this music: Glámur amiina-Kurr , New Start Uniq-Morning , and Sunrise Enzo-Hopefull , it makes the thought more intense :')
Graphics are pretty, but to call this a puzzle is pretty generous it pretty much walks you through the entire game (you don't figure out anything, you just go through the motions) for what is basically an awkward environmentaist statement at best. Takes less than five minutes, did not enjoy.
It's very pretty and nice! But the tutorial is frustrating because it doesn't actually tell you what you're suppose to be doing and you have to figure it out yourself, which gets aggravating.
It was a good little game, but I played it a second time hoping they'd imply hope, but it turns out that the game does not end on a hopeful note. No, just death. Really makes you think (which I do not need at 2:17 in the morning, but I digress)
I'm not quite sure how to put what exactly I'm feeling into words but this game is beyond powerful. The only criticism I could possibly have for this would be to extend the beginning, before humans show up; create a stronger sense of pride in the player before watching humankind destroy not only itself, but also the planet that's been created for them. Make the player put effort into building their own little world, then -- I'd suppose both literally and metaphorically -- drop the bomb on it.
Earth born (just a big stone), earth got plants, earth gets animals, humans discover fire, human build houses & the industrial revolution And then humans send two rockets & destroy it all so earth is a big stone again. Thought it would be more profound or guide to be better but nop that's it, human existed humans destroyed.
I loved it, it shows what humans are doing. And what might become of the Earth. Though we were given such a beautiful place to live. We're slowly destroying it. This game is beautiful, the music, and the art. It's probably one of the best games I've played in a while. Even if it is short.
Ridiculously short. The game actively tells you 'that's okay' in regards to the miniscule length, but it's not. Five minutes of toddler friendly puzzles culminating in a video seemingly longer than the gameplay. Rubbish.
It's a really cool and interesting game. I love all the different steps. I love watching how this game shows how the earth became what it is today like with the animals. It's a real eye opener about showing that throughout time, no creature has destroyed the earth more than humans
Should be positive, not using a nuclear bomb to end the entire 'Mother Earth'. Sorry but this app is awful, at least should hold a little hope don't you think so?

Art projects always wow me and this game is no different. You take the Earth and shape it so delicately and introduce this sentient species known as homosapien. Then the world is destroyed, again and again by these strange beings. Gloriously made satire of the world we now live in.
