Coming from a senior Android developer who's started toying with Unity, you've got a good start! Add some more levels, more controls and maybe a yeti to outrun or some tourists to runover... Something to keep it interesting. Maybe consider procedurally generated maps for an infinite mode. Would love to see more! Think Ski Free for VR and I think you'll get much better reception... And let the back button exit the app.
