Build A Bear Bear Valley

I honestly adore this app except for 1 minor setback: I can't get my 2 favourite Build-a-bears on it. I got them this year so I have the modern certificate but they don't have the keycodes to put them onto the app. I may have figured out where the keycodes are, but it's saying 'Incorrect ID number or Keycode.' when they're both correct. Apart from that, best app ever.

I would rate this higher, but there's a problem. When ever I try to log into the game, it immediately logs me back out. Please fix this and I will give this game a higher rate!

This app is terrible. It freezes all the time. I haven't even gotten past entering my kids code and I've had the app for 24 hours. Can't believe I paid for this garbage

I love this app and have played it before on a different device but it won't let me load the game on my phone. I tap on the app and it goes to load but then kicks me off the app. This is a really fun game for younger children especially if the child has a bear themselves

Glitched When I got the app I tried to go on it but in only showed for a second then went to my home screen again. I tried to reinstall but i did not work. I wanted the app back because when I was little I remember playing this app with no problem. Please update it so I can play it again. I wish I could give it a five I really do.

I have had this game for months but I haven't been able to play it because it won't play and also if I tap on the game it just brings me back. I am very disappointed with this app hopefully it won't happen to you!!!

My daughter used to have this app and she loved it and played on it all the time. Then she got a new tablet and downloaded it again and now every time she opens it it just closes down again! Please fix

I got a Zombear and I can't add it because it's new. When I try to add him the certificate is new so there is only one code on it. I tried t ok add him but it couldn't. It would be nice if they updated the game so everyone could enjoy it with their recently bought friend.

The only thing is I can't get any more bears even if I don't have all of them please fix this

The game used to work great. My daughter loved it. We haven't been able to open it since early February. I came here to try to reinstall it. But after reading reviews from a month ago, and it's STILL not fixed. That's ridiculous. So, I'll just be uninstalling it.

I bought the app on my daughters tablet and it opens shows the first image and closes didn't get to play it once! My 5 yr old was very disappointed

I can't even get in the app! I spent £0.59 for nothing! No matter how many times I press open it all of a sudden automatically closes again... Come on, that's stupid! Now, I'm gonna have to refund!

It just won't let me play. Can u plz fix this, I REALLY REALLY want to play. Every time I click "open", the screen turns black for a second or two, and then goes back to Google play. Please fix this. And if u need to know what my device is, please answer back and then I will tell u.

I do like this game but I think the should add more to it. I think this game is fun but after a week of playing it. It wasn't as fun as before so please keep updating and adding more things on it.

Worked great at first now it wont even open and my kid keeps asking.even deleted it and downloaded again. Frustrating

The only thing wrong is that I thought you get to play with other people. I don't understand. But other than that it's a great game.

Canr register birth certificates or post bear statuses

I absolutely love the tasks and I love the bears but I have had the app for 3 days and I am already on level 25 it it won't let me level up or do any more tasks! I can't even get anymore bears! I bought the app because I love Buildabearville which is updated and improved all the time. Unfortunately this app has already lost its story and is getting repetitive. Please make an update soon. At the time it cost $5 but it took $7. If it took more than it was meant to, I would like something creative with hours of endless fun! Again, I have only been playing for 3 days and the game seems to be over. I love the idea of the tasks and I love the bears so I want to do more!

This is not worth it don't spend your money on this it won't even let me enter the app and it turns my phone all jacked up and I can't control the problems that it causes don't waste your money on this...... Please fix

I got this game but it stopped working, it shows the game for like a split second then goes back to the play store or where ever I had opened the app, fix it and I'll rate 5 stars, or at least make it free, I didn't pay 99 cents to get a game that doesn't work, even at that price i should at least be getting something that works

I loved this app on my old phone, but it won't work on this one...Everytime I try to open it, it sends me to my home screen. Trying again, will update review if it works. All in all, great game :)

Its great but because new birth certificates u get in Bab u can't get your bear in game! It won't accept just key code, I have tried many things but its pointless. Please help
