Tessellate for Android
A marvelously unique twist on a very familiar classic.
I probably would love this game but instead it spams huge T shape and cross shaped blocks that don't fit anywhere. Also there's no way to control the depth like in 3D Tetris. Don't bother with this, it will puts you off.
Oh you thuoght that piece was cleverly used and usefull for later? Well turn 90 and oh look it ruind all your work and you had no way of knowing. X500 times
After the update the game controls seems to work fine. Problem for now is being unable to pause. This is now my main reason for very long bathroom breaks.
The changing black and white is distracting and hurts my eyes. An option to set it to one colour would be useful. Otherwise, enjoying so far.
I love tetris. I loved the first iteration of the EA version on android, and this game should take a cue on their controls. As is, I frequently get confused by the unnatural, idiotic controls. Please consider changing them.
I play this while listening to Dresden Files books (thru Audible) during travel. Keeps my hands & mind busy!
The color scheme is hard to look at. The pieces descend too fast. Needs an instant drop button. 2, 3, and 5 block pieces are just bullshit. And full page mandatory video ads are not acceptable.
It makes you think more than a game of Tetris does, and trying to beat your high score is fantastic fun

Another implement of tetris which invloves too much randomness. The speed of falling blocks is so slow that I almost feel like I was not playing tetris.
Thx fellow 9gagger "Filipmilanko" for wonderful game!
Controls are really unresponsive at times making me place blocks in ways I didn't intend. I also feel like you need to add a delay before the games rotates, allowing them players to make quick adjustments to their pieces. Mayne add touch gestures like swiping down and left and right to allow players to quickly place pieces. With a few adjustments this could be a really cool game.
I love Tetris, and this was a really fun spin on it, it's actually fairly easy once you get over the rotation, it would be nice if the speed and difficulty scaled like regular tetris

Didnt know about the "tap the block" to drop thing, thats helpful, and turning off the color inversion kinda takes away from it, I just mean the colors DON'T invert. Blocks stay black even when the background is black. They just have a white outline making it hard to differentiate "gaps"
I love the idea of this game, however it requires a precision similar to Tetris. The rotations and placement of blocks in this game are not accurate and are pretty sluggish. I would love to re-download this when they improve the gameplay.
It's just not polished. Doesn't feel like tetris and it very slow. Could be much better, great idea though

I saw this on the front page of imgur and had to check it out.

The controls are difficult and could be refined, but it's a neat idea
A real brain teaser and a nice take on Tetris. I love it.
Love the concept. However, during the rotation the blocks aren't quite were they are supposed to be. That's my only concern, that and it would be nice to know what the next block will be. Looking forward to the update :)

This game is a great balance of a whole lot of skill and a tiny bit of luck, I love it!
Thx fellow 9gagger "Filipmilanko" for wonderful game!
The controls are close to 50% off the screen of my Nexus 6, starting with the option button on the main menu. I enjoy the concept of this game, but if I can't press the buttons, I can't play.
But the control buttons are little bit unresponsive... And no speedup down button
Good fun game based on a loved game.
Interesting concept terrible controls kinda buggy
The concept is interesting, but the execution is poor. There is no consistency in how the blocks look when the screen rotates (so it might as well be random), the gravity doesn't work after you make a line, there is no "next block", no way to quick drop blocks, etc. It might be better if there was at least some way to strategize block placement; that is, you can expect and plan for how the blocks will look in the next rotation.
I love the concept, and the game, but I've you to play something more unresponsive than this. It's so much fun, but it gets really annoying when I can't get my pieces to turn, or when it starts overcompensating and making the pieces look like an epileptic zebra. In all honesty the only thing keeping this away from a 5 star rating is that the unresponsive makes this nearly unplayable. It's hard enough with how random the shapes are, the jarring black on white, and the sudden pattern changes, which I all love
This is a great tetras variant that makes you think a little more spacialy. The blocks are 3d instead of two, so what happens on one side may effect another side. My personal recommendation to clean up a bit of confusion, would to have either a block gallery, or a "next block" at the top some place, where the block spins in isometric perspectic(like the start screen), to give the player a better understanding of the 3d shape instead of just the 2D :3
Not quite playable. The idea is fine but execution lacks. With no way of knowing what the alternate profile of the falling block is (not to mention what the upcoming block will be), how can you hope to plan what the other side will look like? Each turn is consequently a game of "least worst option" that inevitably doesn't matter because it'll be wrecked by the time that side comes back around. And on top of that, since installing it, my Google Play app has been crashing incessantly.
Controls are clunky and don't respond like they should. Great concept though.
I hate having to rate an interesting game this low, but the game won't even start up for me. If an update fixes this, I'll gladly re-rate based on how it plays.
It's very fun to play. Time killer and it"s an interesting version of tetris.
Only problem is the rather weird blocks
