So this latest update says it fixes janky movement controls but tbh it's been worse with the latest update. For some reason my fps goes from ~30 to anywhere from 3000-7000 and it's jumping all over the place. It used to work fine when I first downloaded it but now it's jumpy. It's still somewhat playable but it makes a much harder than it should be.

Quite enjoyable. For a scant few dollars, hours of game play Is earned. A major improvement over the free version, less of a pay to win and microtransaction game if you pay the initial fee for starters. There is quite the variety of play styles and stratagems provided via unlock able characters and interchangeable skills. Furthermore, the rate of in game currency (the premium currency of gems) accumulation is much better. The fact that it is earned through daily quests is a favorable option in my opinion. Hours of fun and frustration are to be had with great replay value. This game is definitely worth the initial payment. I'd try the free one to decide because this one will load your saves from that game as well. Good job developers.

Definitely a 5 star game.. I lost my gems, gold, camp stats and class levels when I purchased the ultimate edition. Not sure if this is a bug or intentional? I basically have 2 games. The classic; with all my stats gold and the ultimate edition; where everything is level 1 and in have no gold/gems. I didn't buy the ultimate edition to start from the ground up again. *UPDATE* after opening the ultimate edition, go to the settings wheel in the upper left corner of your camp page. From there it will give some new options to Load from local or cloud. I was able to load from local and it loaded my level 75 camp. Leaving original post to help anyone having the same problem.

It keeps freezing when I get to king of bones on necromancer. I have to restart afterwards losing all my progress. The game is great overall, it just glitches out there.

Changelog for this last version lists a compatibility fix for Android Oreo but I still can't download it on my Pixel 2 XL on 8.0 :( Please fix it! The game is great otherwise.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS GAME NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I'm absolutely pissed, livid, and seething! I've been playing the free version of pocket rogues for months. I've poured money into it to level up! And spent dozens of hours! I caved and bought this ultimate paid version two days ago. When I load my game from the cloud it says the right save but will not restore any of my purchases or levels in the camp and have had to start off on level one on every class and every selection in the camp. And that's just the start. Over the past two days I've unsuccessfully tried to play dungeons multiple times, only for the app to freeze or crash so I lose all my gold, crystals, and items earned, and all the data for the run! I'm legit so mad. I was at level 59 in my camp! You know what level I am now? LEVEL 1. And you're telling me I don't even get to keep all the crystals I PAID FOR WITH MY ACTUAL MONEY?! Screw that! I sincerely hope the developers FIX THIS GOD AWFUL GAME!

Outstanding blend of ARPG and rougelike genres. Each class feels very different and has a variety of styles. Graphics are fine, controls are fine, but the gameplay shines. Can't ask for much more from a mobile game.

Paid game that still exhibits the same F2P mechanics that have been a persistent pox to mobile gaming platforms. This is the reason nobody trusts mobile games enough to shell out $$ for AAA Titles, and in turn why AAA titles haven't been able to thrive on mobile platforms.

I think this is a great 5 star game if you could find enough gold and gems to keep up with the upgrades. I almost rated 3 stars because even though I paid for the game, I still have to watch all kinds of ads. You end up spending a lot of gold for an upgrade that makes a tiny difference, then back to ads to make gems faster.

Great little roguelite. Probably the best on mobile. Good customizable controls, decent graphics, nice sound, wonderful progression and replay value. Exactly the sort of premium game you should be buying, with little to no freemium bullcrap. Most important, difficulty is perfectly balanced for mobile, meaning it's challenging but not masochistic.
